Yeah, Twice was a good person like Hawks said, but sadly, a broken system failed him..... which ultimately forced him to choose the path of darkness. Hawks tried his best to help the guy, but.... well, this was the result. It's just a complicated mess of a situation, overall.... 😟
This ep made me cry even tho i knew it was coming. Felt so bad for Twice, he didn’t deserve to get betrayed and tricked again or killed, he just wanted to save the only ppl who gave him a place where he felt he could belong
Yea and if Hawks hadn’t killed him the situation would’ve been waaay worse and don’t get me wrong I love Twice, but after he got over his trauma he became a major threat for the heroes.
When it comes to dabi and twice I think he does care but at the same time dabi doesn’t mind getting blood on his hands cuz in a way lives don’t mean anything in the grand scheme of things (yea that’s a villain way of thinking but keep in mind that a lot of times it u wanna change the world, u may have to let some people die, u may have to deceive people, attack on titan is a great example of this ) so I do think that dabi cared about twice in terms of comraderie or brotherhood, but at the same time he was willing to risk twice’s life to further attack hawks, and he made a calculated assumption that since hawks has the nature of a hero twice would be fine because hawks would save him, like a hero should. If hawks hadn’t saved him, then at least he would have killed a hero at the cost of his comrade and lessened the opposing force’s numbers
