Hi Scott, I have the same vacuum but I think the extension rod is clogged because there is no suction. All filters are clean as I clean them after every use. The motor is running but, absolutely no suction. Do you know how to remove the extension rod? I’ve pressed every button I’m able to see but nothing releases it.

surprisingly pretty good! there is something on the brush you can push to lower brissels and it helps deep cleaning i would say the only thing i dont like is its corded but if you dont mind the power cord then i think you'll be happy with it
