New brand in the US but has been active in Japan for a while now. Also, corded vacuums have more suction than cordless, plus the batteries barley last 40 minutes. I prefer corded vacuums, as long as the cord are long.
Yes, I mention that in the review. It will work on carpet that isn't that thick as I have used it on my stairs and some of the original carpet in my home, for example builder's grade carpet...for thick carpet no... but yes this stick vacuum is mainly for hardwoods and ceramic type flooring.
Sounds like they are either defective or you don't have the power connection fully seated into the vacuum. Check to make sure you have each plug (of each part) to make sure they are making good connections. If that isn't it, I suggest either returning them or contacting the manufacturer for replacement.
I would like to purchase this, but I have a question before doing so, do you think this vacuum will be good for hair stuck on couch fabric ? I have a dog and a cat so my first priority is that I can clean the couch from those. I wont need to use in carpet just couch
Well it is powerful enough to get hair, so it would work for that. There are also smaller, more portable models of vacuums that are good for furniture that might be cheaper and easier to handle, especially if you don't plan to use on the floor.
@@JWINKReviews so far its manged to stay hanged; although i use it pretty often! I recommend you to put at sight, more convenient that way. Btw, did you take the filter thingy made of some sort of sponge?? Eta: you totally forgot to mention the lousy, flimsiest & how fragile the cable is.
I have not had any issues with the electric cable at all and I use the vacuum frequently. If you mean the filter inside the debris container.. I usually take it out every few uses and lightly rinse it, let it dry and then put back in. I also clean the metal portion around the filter as well.
Then I suggest returning it and/or contacting the manufacturer as it supposed to have a two year warranty, although I can't say how smooth that process is.
YOU TWIST IT!!! thank you!! Could not get that damn filter out, thought I was the only person in the universe 😅
Glad I could help.

Yes you are right...the corded versions are a bit stronger.
These vacuums are great for hardfloors, not that great on carpet even though the suction is one of the best features.

Thanks! My rolling brush part stopped working, and I’m trying to figure out why.
Try cleaning the brush...sometimes hair clogs it....if not, I would suggest contacting the manufacturer.
I’ve received two of these and the beater brush and led lights didn’t work on either. Good suction but no idea why the beater brush didn’t spin.

JWINK Reviews my son the electrical engineer put a meter on the output on the main unit and both registered zero. Junk...
I would return them then, sounds definitely like a bad set. Hopefully the manufacture will honor their return and warranty policy.

I have this, I got it a few months ago. It's broken already.
I suggest contacting the manufacturer. They have a warranty, but I can't say how that process works with them.
Im hanging mine today, wish me luck!! 😂
You can do it!

@@JWINKReviews may i send you a msg? Because it does not let me post pics thru yt. What's your email??
You can check the about section on the home page for contact info.
Broke after 6 months. They will not replace or stand behind their product. The power switch stopped turning it on.
Syd: Unless the policy has changed, Moosoo supposedly warranties these for 2 years. I suggest going to their website and submitting a warranty claim.

buy one and in 7 minutes it stops working
