Are you able to have the vacuum completely flat such that you could vacuum under a sofa or bed? Or how low can you manuver it? Thanks!

You Can Actually Vacuum Under Beds & Sofas by Slightly Angling & Turning the Vacuum Tube from the Handle Left or Right Towards the Floor.
The Suction Piece Doesn't Lay Completely Flat All the Way.
Nevertheless, Vacuuming Under Beds & Sofas are Achievable with this Vacuum if the Beds & Sofas were to be Moved Slightly.

You didn’t tell how they want you to wash the filter, etc. every time you use it.
I Clean My Filter with Regular Faucet Water & I Use an Old Toothbrush to Brush Away the Dirt. Then I Leave it Out to Air Dry.
