Wow. Such a gorgeous cake!!! Will the added corn starch help to prevent the strawberry confiture from melting easily? I understand gelatin melts very quickly at room temperature. I am worried my customers will have a melted cake by the time they reach home. Please help. Thank you!

I made this it comes out perfect but I thought I’m smart enough to switch the glaze with fresh strawberries on the top and the strawberries froze too 😭😭😭 I’ll do it again and I’ll leave the fresh strawberries as last touch before serving , thank you so much 😊 and I have question can I keep it in the fridge for the next day after 8 hours in the freezer !!! Plz reply
When I thaw the mousse cake after glazing (I think we need to thaw this before serving) won’t the gelatin in the confiture melt and make a soupy mess? Please reply.
This cake looked beautiful but didn't taste that great in my opinion. I used this recipe to make a death stranding cake with only minor size differences in the cake batter part. It looked just like the death stranding cake but tasted too much of gelatin and got really hard consistency in my opinion. Can I make this cake with less gelatin or will it not set? My husband liked it though.
I am making this for my husbands birthday, can you confirm which flour type you are using? Plain, Self Raising? You state baking powder & soda in the recipe which leads me to believe you have used plain flour :)
Random question -- how do you prevent the gelatin in the strawberry confiture from not turning into a soupy mess when freezing it? Is this what the corn starch is for?
Great video and easy to follow. Isn't that a serious amount of gelatine thouhg? cutting the caks like you could get away with half the gelatine in each stage

I made this cake and it was lovely, I added white chocolate to the mousse. I did find however that it took almost a full day to defrost!
