I’ve been seeing the same ads. Now I’ve got to get it and compare it to my real Neuman U87. Fun, fun, fun! This video finally got me to sub to you. Good going man with the videos.
Thank you. It's Definitely not going to compare to that amazing mic, but for general use, it's not too bad. Lol. I noticed that there are a few different sellers with different diaphragms. I just may order a few more. Thanks for watching!
Waiting on you to dial this microphone in to make it sound even better in another episode as I'm about to purchase the same microphone from Temu. Do u still plan to make the video and if not where do u advise I go looking for a similar one. VERY interested in how u will add shock mount to it as well so I really am hoping u do a part 2 for this?! Great stuff btw
Amazing review! I'm thinking about buying it myself. I don't have a mic stand or shock mount. Do you have some basic quality (reasonably priced) recommendations for those? Send me all of those links, please.
Sure Greg. Luckily a shock mount comes with the mic. I also just picked up desktop top mic stand (again from Temu). Waiting on it now. The floor mic stands, as well as the adjustable arm boom stands that I use are sourced from Amazon. amzn.to/3qsvB3A Hope this helps. Thanks for watching brother 🙏
I've seen several reviews of the U87 clone, but I want to know more about that brick mic you reference and the Blue Bottle clone! What are the brands/models of those?
I brought that mike a few months ago and tried it out ... i LIKE IT For the price I waS WILLING TO TRY IT... thanks for the review... gonna take it out the box and play with it some more
Reminds of my Fifine usb mic from Amazon. Not expensive and decent quality. Mine picks up too much room noise, but there are other, more expensive, fixes for that.
This mic seems to be the worse version of this Temu u87 clone which has a 5v power. I've seen the 48v u87 clone which had better (and double) circuit board. Although I haven't found a review for that yet.
I bought this Mic and it sounds terrible. I've went ahead and purchased the Behringer B2 Pro. Im excited to get that up and going. It seems to have a whole lot more to it.
I bought the mic. It is not even worth $1.00. The self noise is similar to the sound of a waterfall. The actual frequency response is difficult to assess, as it picks up more room than source. In short, this product is a total waste of time.
This style mic is all over the place in quality. I purchased another and experienced exactly what you are saying. I used a new capsule with that one . Seems there are different levels of quality with the same "looking" mic.

If it sounds remotely close to the real one, never buy a expensive mic again
@@92kris I’ve picked one up and will give it a review. I’m expecting it to be a different animal than the real thing
@@MartinBlasick I seen a couple people do a comparison…that Temu mic is legit!!!
That Temu mic is kicking ass! Ive had expensive mics pick up room noise just like that..these cheap mics have elevated!!
Mike, I don’t know anything about mics so this video was quite informative for me. I had no idea you could buy a decent mic for less than $4.
Me either. Crazy world. 😆

Great information! Bro I wish I could get you to test and review everything that I'm curious to buy lol
I've been curious about Temu. Watching now!

Why don't you share the link to this miracle?)

I just posted a temu tech review of a microphone today. Check it out if you like. It's not horrible

It's for new temu customers apparently. It's the way they fet you on board. Lol.
