Good video. I dont have a cloud lifter. Im using an shure mv7 and an elgato xlr interface. Im just using this stuff for streaming on twitch for fun. . Should i be good with the amazon cable?
Hey Kettner, I'm having an issue with intermittent pops and crackles using the same setup as you here - a shure sm7b and a wave XLR. I've tried a multitude of things with the interface, audio drivers, positioning of the microphone, etc etc - and I'm still getting the crackles. Could it perhaps be the mediocre shielding on the cable? Considering upgrading to a canare cable and praying that fixes my issue
hope mine ends up quality enough. the cable that came with my microphone is super staticy and sounds completely unshielded. i expect a little static but it was way too much
