Perhaps not just a figure but a vehicle as well, I loved my battle ram as a kid, I had every figure on it. My favourite figure might be modulok. Do you think we'll ever get the battle ram, mantisaur or modulok???
Cringer. It's always been Cringer for me. So glad I finally have this figure.
It's always going to be Man At Arms for me! Vintage looks EXACTLY like my dad! Origins? I think Orko is perfect. Cartoon Collection? Teela is amazing!
These are out of the toys I owned!
Best memories for me though are Skeletor. I never had him growing up. That vintage head and paint still spark my imagination. The Origins Skeletor hasn't even come close! So overall, it's OG Skeletor.
The Cape Master on Ebay does an Evil Lyn cape for this. He's the guy that does the Super Powers capes too!
Fingers crossed To finally get a cartoon accurate Cobra Khan, Tri-klops and Queen He-Man's mom.
I've been wanting Queen Marlena since Origins started.

I really like what Mattel does with the Cartoon Collection. I so wish they would do a Filmation Grayskull Playset and a Snake Mountain. Palace Eternia would be great too...just dreamin🙂

It's so great that they are finally making all this stuff. So many other attempts in the past to make cartoon based stuff, but not they are doing it right.
23:00 - Oh, my! You are supposed to hook it up to something/somewhere and NOT hold on to the hook. Like so, you can then use both of your hands when winding him back up.

I also think swift wind is coming soon because she ra has been just reissued recently in target stores
I got Prince Adam and Cringer in the mail from BBTS on Friday a day before The Hollywood Show and Alan Oppenheimer was going to be there and was hopping to get it so he could sign it for me; when I showed it to him he was so impressed by the artwork and the figures, I was the 1st person to show him that set and signed by him as well. It was a great moment to share the toys he autographed like Skeletor, Mer-Man, and Man-At-Arms; I spent $320 though to get them all signed by him.
I'm from Germany. I also started with the cartoons and finished yesterday. I saw what was coming. Mattel is clever, they're making the vintage slowly so that you're supposed to buy the cartoons in between. Personally, it's too much for me, so I finished yesterday. I want more vintage vehicles that only concentrate on new things. They should think about the old things too. There's so much potential. Battle Bones is an example. It's so easy to produce, but no, they're making cartoon characters. I'm jumping ship. I'm fed up. I want to have and buy the last 15 figures and the last castle fright zone, and the other thing is brainwashing me into thinking you should buy everything. They bombard you with them, but without me. Only vintage
It’s important to get new fans and keep the brand evergreen at retail, main characters and refreshes are very important. It’s the same for every property out there. We will get the rest of the vintage line but tbh the characters are very obscure. cartoon collection is a wise move by Mattel, even if it isn’t for everyone. I am only cherry picking but it’s a really well done line for the most part.
Compared to the other faces of Prince Adam, throughout all this time. The Cartoon version's face is the best of all, it's perfect. I think, and it's just my opinion, that the best of He-man started with the Origins line and continues with the Cartoon series. For me one of the best waves of all time. Leaving aside our beloved Classic line

The Adam/Cringer Set ist just awesome. Bought it this Week and can´t believe how much joy it brings to me. Cringer alone is just a fantastic Figure. He maybe becomes my favourite Figure of 2024.
Great review! I received my Collector last week and I have to say videos and photos really don’t do it justice. It’s huge! And the colours are less blue in person, they’re more accurate to that of the cartoon. I agree about the stand but I’m sure that Mattel left it out so we have to buy another Stridor or Wind Raider to get a one!
If there is one thing I’ve learned from every awesome toy line it’s that I desperately need a vehicle that is a giant version of my face to ride around in!
Even the Mattel Club GraySkull version of Evil Lyn came with a cape which I still have new and sealed!
Even the Funko Pop EL had a cape!😂
Already picked up four figures from the line. So hopefully will be adding more including that beautiful centrepiece.

Dan have you ever been to the barker character comic and cartoon museum? It's a two story toy and cartoon merch museum with toys and action figures from all the decades. You might enjoy it.
Great video. The Walmarts in my neck of the woods have a decent stock of all motu lines, including the Keldor's and BA Heman's wave, I'm waiting patiently for them to stock the SyKlone wave soon and save the shipping price tag lol.

Man I love this Toon He-man Action Figures I'm thinking of getting a couple in the fall
FYI: what you call a "balljoint at the ankles" on Cringer's back leg, is actually a balljoint where his toes start. And the "second joint on his cat legs" is actually the ankle. Cats walk on their toes.
Same with the front leg: the 'elbow' is actually the ankle.
Bought the Adam and Cringer as soon as I saw it. I can't remember any product bringing such a smile to my face the second I saw it.
My favorite characters from Motu are Fisto, Stridor, Man at arms & Teela. From the toy line, my favorites are again, Fisto & Stridor. Also I love Roboto, Man at arms and Sy Klone.
Yeah, for a while my local Walmart also got rid of their He-Man toys, but they've brought them back. It's how I found the MotU Origins Turtles of Greyskull Mutated Moss Man in my local Walmart, before my pre-order shipped.
Hopefully, Mattel considers making a Collector for the Masterverse line, as many of us have larger figures from that line and from when they did Classics. The villains were limited in vehicles in the Classics line, and this would be awesome to have Skeletor and company take on He-Man in the Talon Fighter!

It seems like people are split on the Collector. Only thing I can say is if you wanted it completely show accurate it'd be massive and probably cost 200-300 bucks. It'd have also probably been crowdfunded if so.
explain how where they able to make this without a kickstarter?
Honestly I think Mattel should have tried to do an HD remaster and series for Netflix or Amazon to get hype for the cartoon series as a rerelease for kids. Not sure if filmation rights work for that, but honestly we want MOTU back in kids hands and that would help

Great review. Origins was great. But they felt like He-Man figures for the current generation of kids. But the cartoon collection feels like it was made for adult MOTU collectors.

I love the Collector. I can't wait to display it full ha ha. The Adam/Cringer 2 pack is on the way along with a new Snake Man. I know it's super expensive but I would like to get the MOTU Classics Marlena who comes with Cringer. Is Cringer taking a....? Never mind. Why does Skeletor not like bewbs? I thought everyone does ha ha.
