"Bernardo Faria is a 5x World Champion. Bernardo started training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Juiz de Fora - MG, Brazil at the age of 14 in 2001. After receiving the Black Belt from his first instructor Ricardo Marques in 2008, He moved to Sao Paulo to join BJJ legend Fabio Gurgel and his Alliance team. After many years of training and winning many major titles, Bernardo moved to NYC in 2013 to train and teach at Marcelo Garcia Academy. In 2015 Bernardo achieved his dream of winning the IBJJF World Championship Open class title and his division, doing the double Gold and becoming the 1st in the IBJJF Ranking and also chosen as the best athlete of 2015.
Bernardo Faria has now taken on the mission to share some of the lessons, techniques, experiences and more that he has learned along in his 16 years and counting as a BJJ student, teacher and world class competitor.

That's how you should learn to train. Because it's ( safe ) in gym and dangerous on streets. Not in gym so don't be afraid to tap. I tapped hundreds of times to my training partner Evie Torres because I was teaching her. I taught her by only allowing her to get in good position and putting myself in bad position, all basic stuff without ever teaching one Kata or positions,/ forms.
Then when she mastered the basics I gave her, her blue belt. Then told her to roll with a then new brown belt. She pouted telling me he's a brown belt. I said so do your best! Go! She did and I think it was 30 to 45 seconds, but I just say under 2 minutes she arm bard him.
He was devastated. She was so happy. She couldn't believe it. Every guy she rolled with couldn't believe how fast she could kick their ass. Her last fight against me was a tournament of 3 out of five she won first 2 me the next three. On third round we were both in collar choke. It was 2 minutes she tapped. I won. She cried, but everyone told her hey we probably would have not won two rounds. She was happy again.
The point is to be like them. That's the best mindset.
PS like your videos. You have the disposition of a person who can better teach kids. Who need confidence.

You shoot yourself up or/and pop a pill and sit on the couch eating burritos all day and watch the muscles/endurance and skill just grow :D .

Eu não sou brasileiro e concordo que o jiujitsu é brasileiro mas os caras falam em inglês pq o Gordon é gringo e pq infelizmente na China ou em qualquer outro canto as pessoas falam inglês. American Jiujitsu não existe
