nice video! but i belive your test is off because you would never hera music that low while using ear protection. you are saying its -16db is about 50% less but a music festival is at aprox 100-120db meaning the volume reduction is 16% if you are at 100db
@@AlexPriceMusician of course not, but you can do it at scale, no users will use earplugs at there houses but they will be at gigs, events, or even practice
@@AlexPriceMusician yeah, but you could scale it to proportion.. if most of the earasers users use it at a concert, you have to take that reference, for example, if they hearing it at 100db and eargasm lowers -21db then you could make an estimation of 21% less dbs. so if you are using an example on your computer, unstead of lowering dbs.. (will confuse user beacuse shows waaay to much reduction) lower that 21% to make it make sense?
Hi Fabian, I can't speak for the aviation model specifically, but I do use the ones I have for flying and they really help me a lot. Personally, I've had a good enough experience with the company that I would trust them and buy a set if I had the desire to.
Well hey, man, i didn't see you succeed in taking out the big plug to transfer the rest to the smaller plug. Please try to make it happen first, and demonstrate. If you can't instruct on how to actually change from large to smaller, then this video is not helpful in the least. Thanks.
You’re talking about transferring the blue filter from one size plug to another? It’s the easiest thing in the world man. Didn’t think anyone would need a how-to for that. Literally it just pops out.
This is what the internet needed. Great demo.
Great demo for this product. I’ve watched a bunch of them, and yours was my favorite. No frills, no b.s. Thank you!
Lucie Gonzalez thanks a lot Lucie! That’s what I was going for.
I finally got them! I needed it for band practice and we play at high volumes. SO thank you!!
Dude thank you for the demo with the synth sound! Much appreciated!
Ah thank you! This video was much more helpful than the others. I just ordered two sets.
Craig Harper glad I could help! Hope you enjoy them
Well i have tinnitus now, and i wish i just got these for whenever i went out to a loud place :(

Yeah there’s no way to accurately show perceived volume differences when I’m assuming the listener at home doesn’t want to blast at 100+db.

Can this earplugs have mayor difference between other brands like Heros and Etymotic?
Do you use the larger or smaller cones?
I believe they come with three sizes now. I use the medium sized one as I imagine most people will. They fit great.
Does the aviation ones work the same as this?

Going to Red Hot Chili Peppers next month and me and a friend are ordering a pair!
so what was your experience?

theres also a video on youtube from eargasm detailing how to do this (very simple) task :)
EARGASMS SUCK. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE EVER. USE FOAM. DONT’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Don’t stick them in too far and it shouldn’t be an issue. You’re probably putting part of the hard filter into your ear canal, which will cause pain.
