I have greenhouse strawberries in stackables! Small, but mighty. They are producing and the best outcome is no bug damage. I weighed summer produce last year, but did not differentiate (200 lbs.) I doubled 2022's harvest, and we are just opening cans of tomatoes and peppers from last summer. The frozen is almost eaten, just in time for the new harvest. That amount is perfect for us and doesn't overwhelm me! Thanks for another great video!
This gardener saying "hi!" from the Bronx! I just love your videos. Your garden is looking amazing. Gives me a bit of envy because you're always a little ahead zone-wise but it's mostly a great bit of inspiration! Thank you 🥰
So glad you got more chickens! They are just so fun and they will give you eggs and poo for the garden! I got on the ball with tomatoes and peppers and everything else is being planted in stages as I am able. Your garden is amazing! Can't wait for my flowers to take off! Thanks for the inspiration!
🌱🥦🥕🥬I just want you to know that you bring so much joy into my day after watching your videos! You have such a beautiful soul! 🫶🏻❤❤❤ Sending love from AZ🌵☀️
I have 2nd year strawberries from two plants. They have already multiplied so much. I need to learn about fertilizer and better mulch to hopefully get them bigger
Hey beautiful friend! I’m a Kansas friend!
Your garden is so nice. I love to see the updates. It is all so heavenly! I’m in year 3 and this will be my last year not being self sufficient! I’m not sure how I should organize and tally all of this food but I plan to research today.
Your trip seemed lovely. Thanks for bring a heap of joy to us, dear. You’re such an inspiration.
Hi Tee! Once again everything is looking amazingly beautiful ❤it for you and your family. I have harvested a few of my beans myself as well as a few strawberries🤗. The feeling of excitement is an understatement. I can now understand what all you guys that been doing it for a few years be feeling. Garden looking so lush. 😍
Good to see you didn’t fall in to the tourist traps in the bigger city’s here in Texas.
Central Texas is where it’s at, lots of things to do here.
Great video!
Good morning from Texas, the garden looks good.
Your voice is so calming. I enjoy just listening to you talk. God bless you.
So sweet 🥰 Thank you ❤️
Yaaaasss! I’ve been wondering about those strawberries 🍓 I also❤ watching your videos. You’re doing very well in that garden! I ❤how your passing your passion for gardening to the next who has the same interest ❤ 🌻 Kansas Queen🌻
Taquisha I'm loving the way that your channel and videos are reaching so many people increasing the number of followers! Please keep doing what you're doing it's obviously resonating with a lot of people.❤.....😊. It's really wonderful to see how well the garden is looking this year, and hoping that you have a very abundant yield 😊
I love how much your garden has grown and how you can see the difference a year of learning and manifesting makes.
As far as measuring, I just measure. At this point, I still have an abundance of a few things from last year, so I just didn’t grow some things. This year I’ll be measuring onions and garlic on whether they last a year. Last year I had 15lbs (about 200) and they were mostly gone within 6 months. This year, I aimed to grow 500. I don’t think I got there, but I’m going to see. Same with garlic. I planted 90 cloves. We’ll see what happens. Just pick a number as a baseline and go from there.
Happy gardening!
Good day to all, peace.
Good morning from Southern California High Desert! I'm a relatively new gardener and love the info from your channel. 😊
The green beans look like they're doing so well in your GreenStalk 😍
YASSS!!!! So perfect putting them up against the trellis!!! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️
I think the hanging strawberries are losing nutrients quicker. Also, mosquito bite sisters unite! Mine is on my chin 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I have ever bearing strawberries in kiddie pools. They're spreading in the pool and growing over the sides. I keep up with how much we grow by how much I can. My first year canning I put up 75 jars I believe.
Woohoo! That's amazing!
Your garden is so bountiful and beautiful so glad you had a great trip
Good morning from Dickinson, Texas. I enjoy watching your garden grow. ❤
Love the growth and yummy potential. So beautiful
Hello this is Liz from Nashville TN. I love your channel I am starting my gardening too. So excited have a great day
How exciting I just love it. Yes, I had to do the same. I didn’t go out for about four or five days and everything is blooming and blossoming and I see bees all over the place. That’s exciting to see the bees. 🐝..
I also have a small front garden. I need to check on. I’ve been picking Poll beans off there already.
Oh the peppers please pick the jalapeño peppers of all kinds because the more you pick the more they produce
OH GIRL ITS JUST A BEAUTIFUL VIEW TO SEE ALL THAT BEAUTY.!!
🥰🥰🥰🥰 Such. A . Blessing!
Hello, 3 days of rain makes a big difference. I'm in Powder Springs, GA
Saying hello from High Desert Southern Ca. I wait for your videos daily. You are doing an excellent job. It's so beautiful. Although you guys have the mosquito there we don't in the desert. Our climate is warm with no humidity. The wind is our problem and the heat. The seasons change up here, we even get snow! If we get lucky.
Wow! It's so fascinating to hear the difference in weather!
It’s so Beautiful!!!!! A happy garden makes for a Happy Mama a bear! I love it!!! Great job. I just made a pouch out of landscaping fabric for my strawberry plants. I hope it works. I also have some in stacked planters and they also have fruit. Happy happy happy!!! Much love from NE Illinois. Mosquitoes are out to get me too girl!!! I don’t like them at all. 🌻🌸🍉🍋🥬🍅🫑🫛🌶️🧄🧅🍠🥕
So happy that you had a great time in Texas.
Good morning! Really enjoying your experience and growth in your garden. What a great adventure. I’m in Southern California and slowly getting everything started. The greenhouse is definitely the way to go for starting seeds. Can’t wait for the harvest this year. My strawberries are 2 and 5 years old. 4 plants in total. Should do more. But they are so yummy freshly picked.❤. Second and third year are the best as they will already be established and ready to fruit earlier.
Missouri here. Love watching your peaceful videos
Hi!!!! That's where I originate from ❤️
Thanks for sharing! Things are coming along for you nicely. And I'm ready to crunch on some green beans like just did. Mine have flowers, no beans yet.🌼🍃
I've just started watching your channel. And I am absolutely enjoying the beautiful few of your garden as well as the gardening education🌿🪻🌱🌺🌿⚘️
Nice of you to share your adventure with us, i am in Tampa Florida
You may want to feed the strawberries with something promoting blooming and fruiting. I have never been successful growing strawberries in containers. Trying in ground this year. Definitely like it better.
Water the strawberry basket with fertilizer that is for blooming. It will surprise you how many strawberries you will get.
this being your first year on your strawberries don't expect much in fruit but next year you will have an explosion I promise. I planted my plants last year with zero berries and this year I can't seem to keep up with the picking and they are nice big berries too. I only had 10 plants of which 7 survived but over the winter the runners took hold so my bed is loaded with plants now. I will be digging them all up in the fall and transplanting to the stackable planters because being on the ground has been so hard on my back.
❤ your videos . Your property reminds me of my grandparents farm that I grew up on . ❤❤❤ it. Keep those videos coming .
So sweet!
Taquesha, what a beautiful experience you've shared with us. Thank you for sharing your tea journey with us.❤
🥰🥰🥰 I'm so happy to hear you enjoy watching ❤️❤️❤️
❤ Amazing I saw since the first time you stater your garden , hard work but pretty cool !
❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹 from Germany
Your garden is so lovely. I love your attention to detail! Thank you for sharing and inspiring us all. ❤
🥰🥰🥰🥰
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Spray a mix of peppermint oil and lemon grass w a little water.
Oohhh I remember watching the show when they build the area around the silos! One day, I will go there.
Your garden looks amazing, I wish mine was growing faster haha. I tend to be a bit impatient in the early stages of the garden.
So cool right?!
.and yes all great gardeners are a lil impatient I think! We are just so excited!
Strawberries love a good feed every now and then. I feed mine tomato food. I've also been told to snip off the first runner that comes from them as the fruit will be bitter if you don't. I don't know if that's true but I have always done that and the strawberries were gorgeous when the birds didn't get to them first!
Very cool!
Love You channel Honey..♥️🙏🥰
That is soooo cool congratulations 🎉
Hey, I am enjoying your garden from Trinidad and Tobago😊😊❤❤....loved your garden tour. Thanks for sharing your clips from Waco TX
Wow!!!! So very cool!!!! 😍😍😍😍
I discovered your channel last year. I enjoy watching your garden updates. You have inspired me to redesign my garden backyard space. I live in Ohio we have a short growing season. I started strawberries in stackables 3 weeks ago no flowers yet, but the plant is growing and looking good.
❤️❤️❤️
Your garden is soo beautiful love it
Hi from Southern California! 👋🏾 This is my first summer gardening. I just started gardening last fall 😊 It's so nice to see how much your garden is thriving. We have been having some abnormally cool and cold weather in my area so my garden is not taking off like I had hoped, but seeing yours is definitely giving me encouragement!
So happy to encourage you! How has it been going?!
Unfortunately, a lot of things took place in my family this summer, so my garden was neglected. I got a very small amount of zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and peppers, but it wasn't prolific like I was hoping. I'm not discouraged, though. I plan to try to plant a fall garden again this year and am looking forward to trying my hand at a summer garden again next year, God-willing!
❤❤❤
This is my first year trying to keep track of how many pounds of food I’m growing so I’m using a small food scale along with photos.
😍😍😍😍
Thank you for the strawberry update. I had asked about that last week after seeing your earlier video. Very interesting what the results have been so far. I am surprised, too. The stackable planters don’t look very deep. I would have thought they would need more soil than that.
I'm so happy you saw this updated!!! I'm very surprised as well! ❤️
On your strawberries the first year you have to pick off all your flowers so you get no fruit the first year so your plants can be strong and yield extremely well for next year
Thank you so much for sharing. I’m from Dallas 😊
Hey!!! Dallas 😍

HEYYYY!!! 🫶🏾
Dang! When did start! ...as I mentally note my lil 2" tall sprouts. And were those Black Krim tomatoes?!! 👍
YESSS! I do have some black krim growing in the garden! The ones pictured are Indigo Rose!
Howwwww do you have a bell pepper already?!??🤣🤣 That is the slowest thing to grow for me!🤣
The garden is beautiful. 💚🪴
Yep! Those mosquitoes always get me on my face too ☹️
Hi from Nebraska!
Heyyyy
I had a huge mosquito bite on my right jaw below my ear. Oh lordy it was itchy for like 4 days. I try to remember now to spray with repellent essential oils. I'm seeing lots of dragonflies in the garden and they eat mosquitoes AND I'm using those Mosquito Bits. I sprinkle them around the garden.
Ahhh those blasted mosquitoes!
Taquesha let me know if yall notice Kudzu bugs there. I’m 8a and a swarm just came to my garden😮😮 they came around 4pm outta nowhere!
I sent Dom a message too, to see if it’s like the leaf footed bugs. One time deal, or a real problem.
😮
Hey sis, you've probably mentioned in another video somewhere but I haven't found it yet so I wanted to ask, how big is your space? I have a balcony garden in the city (Chicago Zone6A) and I love it. You're garden gives me inspiration for when we have a house and some land (we plan on having acreage cuz I want, no need horses)
Heyyyy! The garden is 3,000 square ft fenced in (including the Greenhouse and garden shed..) our property is about 2 acres
Do you have any dear problems and what do you do to solve? Be blessed.
We have deer! The fence helps keep them out! They do much on the things hanging outside the fence like the green bean leaves
Strawberry plants might need more sun
Hello from Georgia (Atlanta suburbs) My strawberries are being eaten by birds. Should they be kept in the greenhouse or just covered with bird netting?
Bird netting for sure!
Hi 7b Maryland
❤️❤️❤️
Most Definitely… 7A
Jasmine is a natural mosquito repellent… just fyi
I didn't know this!! Thank you ❤️
