Nice! My mom loves gim gyeranmari and I would always buy it for her when I went to H-Mart; and I'd end up not getting any myself. She's a voracious egg fiend. Also, having just had major surgery she needs a lot of protein to heal, but has little appetite, especially under the medications. Eggs are perfect for this problem... if you love eggs like she does. But I found a Japanese pan for tamagoyaki, which is almost the same thing, (begging forgiveness of my Korean family members.) for me to try to make it for her. But I never got it quite right until this very simple video. I was making it more complicated than it needed to be. Between the clever Japanese pan and the Korean recipe and technique it turned out perfect! The downside... I'm now going to be making it a couple times a week apparently. But at least I'll get some of it for once.
