Could you please tell me how you use the small tank to fill a PCP gun do you use the small tank at all what's the point of the small tank you didn't explain that
+Tim Nguyen Scuba tank can be filled @ paintball shops, dive shops, like places where they sell stuff for diving supplies and such, or some fire-station will also fill them if you know people there. Another way is to fill it yourself by using a PCP compress like the omega supercharger compressor I reviewed before. It's a compressor that can top up things that goes way up to 5000psi. You can fill your scuba tanks or SCBA tanks with those machine at home and it's then FREE AIR all you can use
hi chinature..what u mean oil will blew the tank?i mean what kind of oil?i m worried also if this thing happen since i just bought second hand ninja tank..
I Just wanted to take the time to thank you for your explanations. I have not touched a paintball gun in over 10 years. Then all I knew were co2 tanks and all the money that could be quickly drained. I wanted to find something to do outdoors again, and I found out how much more self sufficient you can be with paintball guns now (even using reballs). So I have been trying to do research on how to do everything because I don't understand any of the terminology, or how the system works. I am really afraid of hurting myself or my equipment, but after watching a few of your videos I think i will be fine. I will probably order my gear this month. Thank you!
Justa Jehovah the pain isn't a problem so much for me, I have a decently high pain threshold. My girlfriend however also wants to play with me and idk if she could handle it.
Aurme Erebos idk if you have gear already but if not just rent at your local field and try it out both you and your girlfriend see how you like it. If she doesn’t like it then you can go into the hobby yourself I’m a 13 year old and I play so it can’t hurt that bad. I just worked through the pain
Hi from Norway and what do you think about the new small compressors for PCP gun filling ?? Can this be something for around 200 $ ?? Thank you and best regards.
I have filled paintball tanks of 62ci with about 1000 pumps or about... and it's a crazy experience. So forget about scuba tanks, it's very much like the worse thing to do to wreck your body lol!
Where did you purchase that gauge between the small black tank? I'm looking for the psi gauge to make sure I don't overfill the tank but I can't seem to find it.
+hlford That is a ninja mini gauge (in line)- www.pyramydair.com/s/a/Air_Venturi_Inline_Air_Pressure_Gauge_0_to_4500_psi/3865 --- but if you want to check the pressure of your tanks, you just have to look at the gauge on your tank's neck and it will be good enough. Not much chance you can overfill them anyway. If you are very unsure, you might want to try to build one of these and check the tank's internal pressure for real --> ruclips.net/video/xY0mUEwF5B0/видео.html - if you need more help I can guide you thru and link you the stuff you need, just msg me
+Chiinnature Thank you so much for the info! Yes, that the inline gauge. The refill tank I'm getting doesn't come with the gauge and there's limited room to install a gauge on the Sig Sauer MCX air gun www.pyramydair.com/s/m/SIG_Sauer_MCX_CO2_Rifle_Black/3692 The refill tank is only rated @ 1500 psi.
+hlford Oh! If you just want 1.5k psi fill, you can do this, get a ninja tank with a fixed output regulator installed instead of the standard 850psi one. The fixed output you can buy one for 1600psi. When you hook this tank to your gun, it will top your gun to 1.5k psi because of the 100psi lost in the transfer process (the hose) and so you topped of your gun right away without any chance of overfilling. Just turn the knob and let it fill and it will stop at 1.5k on the gun and then you can stop any-time and shut the valve, bleed hose, and end your transfer session. VERY easy and safe to do. Much better than getting a gauge and trying to monitor it yourself. This method will ensure no fuckups and no chance of even topping over 1.5k psi on your gun, ever. You can get a big ninja tank (carbon fiber version pls), maybe a 60ci or 90ci or something, and then install this regulator in yourself, which should be easy to do. www.airtanksplus.com/products/regulators/ninja-pcp-airgun-regulator (choose the 1600psi reg)
+Ali Alabbad Thanks. For the regulator, you can use it on tanks with carbon fiber body to be safe. The size is not a problem, but the body should be made of carbon fiber wrapped materials, because you would need / want to fill the tank to 4500psi, and aluminum tank cannot be topped to 4.5k
Let me ask, I bought a drozdmax gun with the ninja hpa tank and i'm a bit nervous to fill it since a local resident and paintball shop owner was filling this type of tank when it blew up and nearly decapitated him, killing him instantly. Is there any type of tank guard on the market that would protect against this, or at least long hoses that would give me the chance to block the shrapnel with cinder blocks, or any other material for that matter, maybe a carbon fiber sheet, etc. I am not looking for a hobby that will blow my body apart, but, I am looking to have fun. The shop owner had a lot of experience doing the fills, as a matter of fact, he was filling the tank in the exact manner you do in the video when it instantly blew apart. It was the tank's first fill, so, obviously was damaged during the factory test, or , the test was never done and it was labeled as it was. Anyway, I have a family and young kids that don't need to see this happen in front of them, or, even worse, injuries happening to them I would like to avoid at all costs while the gun is in operation or sitting with a freshly filled hpa tank mounted to it. i have looked online and can't believe one would have to stand right next to the tank with no protection at all.. It baffles me why regulation other than pressure hasn't been added to these devices since ralph's death. He was also a member of our local rescue and fire department. It's a shame the guy isn't here because of something like this, and the products are still being sold without protection from overpressure, etc. Maybe I'm wrong and there is protection. If anybody does know where, please send me links or share them please. Thank you
Marc Belanger There is NO WAY your tank can blow up unless you are stupid enough to drop oil into the fill nipple and let oil inside the tank, and yes, only idiots will put oil in it because even the regulator tells you "use no oil"...! If you buy a second hand tank, and the previous owner put some oil in there, and there goes the problem. OR if that shop owner got a tank from someone and that someone put oil and tell him to fill it, that can also happen. Otherwise, even if you tank is new, there should not be any problems at all.Another big problem is, people in paintball shops are doing 'flash fill" all the time, meaning that they are filling very quickly using a scuba tank, and the tank gets HOT, and that is why it blew up (if there is a bit of oil there to ignite). If you are scared of these things to happen, use a handpump to fill your tank, like the Benjamin handpump etc. It requires more effort, but is definitely safe because of the slow filling.I have been using these tanks and also many PCP guns for a while now, and I don't see any issues. I have tried having ninja tanks leaking and such, and they are easily fixed later, nothing will blow up, they are in fact very safe to use.
+MisterAxeMan use a pump or use a compress, how hard is it? Use a pcp handpump like the hill mk4 pump or the benjamin pump. OR you can buy a compressor for pcp, like the omega supercharger I use and reviewed, and you can pump / make free air
+Chiinnature I have been looking at hand pumps but I have heard they take many hours to fill a 68CI/4500 PSI tank. I have also heard it puts moisture into the tank because they don't have moisture traps. Thanks though! Your videos are pretty helpful and cool!
Why would you buy a 90/4500 you could get a scuba tank for the same price if not cheaper where you can get 10 times the amount of fills you can only get one and a half fills off of the 4500 or just buy a fill station if you’re goin to buy a pump
Hahahaha! I just pumped a 13ci, a 48ci, and a 90ci last night, now I am feeling it so well on my hands, shoulder, and shit... LOL! My Spyder MR5 and Hammer 7 came in today too, good time to use the air!
lol why not just use the ninja tank in the first place more shots and u dont need to fill it as much lol u got a large tank to fill small ones makes no sence
richardmckay888 because you want a smaller tank for a more low profile setup, duh. Why people put a 13ci tank on a milsim paintblal marker and not screw a huge tank at the back? Obvious reasons...?!
not an excuse, but for hunters or just home-shooting, why the hell do you want to pretend a paintballer with all that crap on the body? I mean, if you are just sitting at home or at your backyard and shooting paper birds and pigs, why do you want to be so intense with all that tanks on the body man. I also have paintball guns, and I shoot solid projectiles with them at high power... but I NEVER like tank and hose, only use tank in stock option or it is a 12g Co2 option or mount the tank on rail etc.. never like the hose idea myself, it just gets so annoying when that coiled shit wrap here and there like a stupid snake eating me up lol
i never liked the idea of filling up these things myself, until I'm absolutely certain I know what the hell I'm doing. I don't know, it's kind of horrifying to think that one wrong move can make that thing explode, sending shards of metal into my skull

Thanks bud
+Marianne Rasmussen - Thanks! I saw those long time ago! :)
wow, thanks for quik replie. its a rare thing in these days.
I don't know anything about the hpa tanks and with what you refill them and I want to buy one hpa
Hi, can you check whether the Ninja PCP adapter can connect to a Guerilla Air G3 Regulator? Thanks
i don't think so, the PCP adapter thing is outputting 2900psi and a G3 reg is going 850 to mostly up to 1150 psi max, they are totally different
Oh, sad to know that, I will buy a NINJA with PCP adapter to avoid any problems! thx!
indeed, they are all setup and ready to use out of the box anyway, no hassle and no danger crap to look out for...!
Yes, got a Ninja air station from ebay....
can you use a air compressor to fill t up instead?
Hi i was wondering where could i get my scuba tank filled. Do u know where i could get it filled?

Why dont you just hook up the 90/4500 tank (that you use as a "Fill station") to your gun?
***** because he probably doesn't want to carry the bigger tank around with him maybe....its more portable
What's the output of the regulator?
I'm about to receive my tank and fill station. Very helpful guide, exactly what I needed to see. Thank you!
Hi bro !! question , pressure output tank 90 ci !!
good demo plz can we use this regulator for 50 ci HPA tanks?
