Well I didn't show that because I think everyone knows how the mirror operates it goes up down left and right. 80% of the time when they're not working it's the switch. However sometimes you have to disassemble your mirror and check the worm gears or the motors
Hey What can be the issue? I adjusted my pressure on 2.9 bar on my transmission vacuum modulator (green one on gearbox). When small black cap is off then it hold vacuum, but when i put cap back on modulator then it losing all vacuum pressure. My car is W123 300 turbodiesel 1984 with 722.315 transmission. You have a vacuum leak. You need to find the vacuum leak in the system or replace your modulator.

I just tried with handvacuumpump direct on green modulator and it’s holds vakuum perfect (car is off)
