    How can I be sharper, Iam very slow in thinking, and always tired. I wasn’t like that before, I use to run 4 days /week, 10 km /day . My sleep is not best, use to wake up easily. What can I do , any advice ?

      The five habits of a healthy brain are EAT healthy food, MOVE regularly, RELAXto manage uncontrolled stress, 7-8 hours of SLEEP per night, and CHALLENGE your brain by learning new things and socialising.
