- In this video I build target stands from 2 2X3's and 8 2-1/2" drywall screws. In the video I say 6 screws, but it's actually 8.

Out of all the videos that's out here this is the best one I've ever seen in my life! Straight to the point! So I'm on my way to go pick up some lumber to do exactly what I just learned! Thanks!
Simple and inexpensive! Thanks for the video! Going to go make one this weekend.
That's similar to how I'm making some right now, but I'm using 1x2's for the target frame and 2x4's for the base...all treated lumber so they last longer.
This is great! Here I was going to pay $68.00 to make 1 out of PVC. When I can make 1 with 2x3's. $9.00 with 2x3's vs. $66.44 for PVC. No brainer!
The one I made of 1/2 inch PVC did not coast anywhere near $68.00 In fact it cost less than $20.00!
Thanks for this! I made 4 today. Very easy and cost effective.
Hello, what measurement did you cut the little pieces into? Did 2 and 5/8ths work as he mentioned ?
Correction: 8 2-1/2 screws. Love this, thank you
Good, simple, smart. Thanks!
I tried these out this weekend and had an amazing time thanks for the vid!
Great stand. Thanks for sharing!
Very clever thanks for sharing. Will be making one of these soon 😊
Nice design. Will use this plan for future stands,
great idea!
Well Done. Thanks.
that was slick. thx for the video! cheers...
Great vid👍thanks😊
Nice video. We need to make some of those.
nice vid! Going to try making this soon! Very informative sir.
I am gonna make it today and gonna use it soon.
1x2 furring strips fit inside 1-1/2" pvc pipe. I make a U-shaped base with a few pieces and elbows. In the center of the two legs I put a t-fitting with pipe sticking up for my strips. I get a 8 foot piece of 1x2 strip and cut it in half or to whatever length I need to fit in my car. I use any cardboard (small moving boxes) and a staple gun to attach. I get the fittings that have more depth for inserting the pipe and it fits in snug enough to stay together and not glue it. Every once in a while, I'll get a strong wind and it will blow it over, but I usually have something to lay on the back of the stand and the targets are high enough it won't get hit. At one point I made 3 of them that nested. Eventually they got shot up, but they are cheap and you can replace the pieces that break if you get the right fittings and don't glue them.
Yep did same thing turn the speed down on your drill
Looks like he's using an impact drill, which is a single speed...much more efficient (and faster) for 3+" screws.
Thank you for the informative video. How will this fare on unlevel terrain?
Well made, esay and cheap. Thanks !!! Greetings
Thanks for the video. Brother how many cats you’ve got?😁

I hope I don't sound stupid but I only see you screwing the screws in, I didn't see you drill holes first?
I did not pre-drill the holes. Not much risk in splitting the boards, but nothing wrong with drilling if you want.

Brilliant. Worked a treat. Very portable and stable when erected.
Thanks for the idea..... incidentally, were you aware that you are being stalked by a pride of felines?
Clever design of these stands. Definitely useful, frugal, and creative.
Nice shirt too. I can't help but wonder if you're a pro-lifer and/or support the bills being put out, discriminating against the LGBTQ community.
Hopefully so. Incredibly based if so
