  • On today's food guide!! I dive further into my food journey exploring the greater DFW African food representation. For East Africa a small Ethiopian food mart that doubles as restaurant. I try two different goat dishes that highlight the preparation and taste of Ethiopia. With lots of Injera as well as an Ethiopian pastry this restaurant is a must for your Ethiopian/east African food fix. For West African representation an out of the way restaurant up north that serves the finest Nigerian Suya. Sourced ingredients from Nigeria as well as generational lineage passed down to get the best Naija food experience. Not for the faint of heart everything has heat from the Suya, The Asun (Goat), Jollof (Rice) & Shawarma. Grab a nice cold milk, and some tums cause you're not going to want to miss today's Food Guide. Enough About Me, and More About This Food.
