    Hard to be blackmailable if you don't show off your wealth and success. Hence why I have deleted all social media and keep contact only with close friends.

    Great episode Ronin Man, I'm listening to it for the third time since you posted.
    I totally agree with you: I eat very healthily and analyze related research about nutrition to optimize my health. Also, I'm often engaged in multiple relationships to always have the power of checking out of a "relationship/affair" at the moment's notice.
    I realized that Women are crappy cooks and often lack the basics of what we know as nutrition science; the one which most of my male sports partners or friends I knew from college know. Most of them are like children that more often than not, use/abuse fast foods, cookies, snacks, chips, Doritos, etc. as depression and anxiety medication.
    Cheers from Germany Ronin Man,
    I hope one day you can make it to the cold Europe in one of your trips.

    BEST WAY to become unblackmailable - put EVERYTHING in TRUST. If a trust is custodian of an asset, it cannot be taken away. Best position to be is beneficiary. Own NOTHING in your own legal name.

Money is only a tool; a great tool if used properly. I haven't worked for a paycheck in 25 years. I travel when and where I want, I pay for my daughters university education in cash, I always have 3-4 women on rotation, ready to screw. Life is AWESOME. Keep teaching the ways brother; MEN NEED TO HEED YOUR ADVISE.

      So laws about disclosing beneficial ownership of a trust exist only on the books but not in practice in 2019? If I am the beneficial owner of a Delaware-based trust I am not required by law to disclose this and pay taxes etc.? Delaware'S banking-secrecy laws are the best in the U.S., right? Other options for structuring a trust to avoid taxes? Perhaps one entity in the trust based in Delaware, anther based in Panama, a third in Jersey etc.??? Is is necessary to go to these multi-jurisdictional lengths to keep things confidential in 2019?

    • @rekartrustee4811
      @rekartrustee4811 5 лет назад +3

      @@coughforme21 - Whooaaa. Questions... I'll do my best to answer them in order.
      Why would you want to "disclose beneficial interest" of a trust? This would leave the beneficiaries open to lawsuits and other perils, right? No, you want to be involved in PRIVATE trusts.
      There is a difference between PRIVATE trusts and PUBLIC trusts, which a statutory in nature and are usually setup by attorneys and the like (fewer than 1% of attorneys are experts in trust law). I would stay away from those entities as much as your can as those trusts are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts, probate, etc...
      I am not familiar with Delaware's laws respective to trusts. Anytime you place your trust in the jurisdiction of an incorporated state, you are subject to it's statutes. It is best to educated yourself before doing anything.
      PRIVATE trust(s) (also knows as LEGACY trusts((think Kennedys, Rockerfellers, Rothchilds)) operate outside of the legal jurisdiction so the courts do not have "the right" to do anything. Should a claim arise, the trustee or trust protector would show up with the proper redacted pages necessary to remove jurisdiction OUT of the judge's hands; jurisdiction most likely being PRIVATE INTERNATIONAL LAW.
      On the subject of taxes, would it not make sense to have an entity levy your wages (if you have those things) BEFORE the government or some other party does? This could be done through contract, maybe in order to repay a loan you borrowed some time ago? If 100% of your wages are levied before taxes or anything are taken out, you're really not making any money to tax, are you? In fact you'd have to keep borrowing from the entity to live and possibly go even further in debt, no? Beneficial? Could be.. Food for thought my friend...
      If you are interested in all this, I would recommend a book called: The art of passing the buck VOL I. It is a great way to get a taste of what is possible with private trusts. Knowlege is power. Become powerful.

    • @coughforme21
      @coughforme21 5 лет назад +2

      @@rekartrustee4811 Thanks. Great stuff. This is very helpful. I will read "The Passing of the Buck Volume 1". I can see how having an entity levy your wages, especially one incorporated offshore, before the government does, and then borrowing from that entity or having them issue you a credit card to use to live, would be the way to go.
      Thanks again.

    Great video. A lot of great detail and gems here. I always find it weird that I'm on exactly the same page as you - pursing many of the ideas you discuss having come to similar conclusions. I'm still in the process of building the life that you mention but I've been in three countries in the last month - working the whole time - continuing to build my digital business which is now allowing me to make money online.
    The part about easy access to sex is an interesting one. I'm starting to experiment with a bit more of a low sex lifestyle as I'm trying to focus more on my own achievements. I'm not sure about cutting sex out completely but definitely spending less time on women allows you more time for more productive stuff. It's not so much the sex that takes time, it's all of the other stuff. Imagine if you could channel that 5 or 6 hours per week into something more productive. Over the course of a year those marginal gains equate to hundreds of hours - more business, better skills, a new hobby. I think it's good to be able to get sex but after a certain point you realize that the time spent on it is kind of a sunk cost - you never get that time back and it's not like you are actually creating something lasting by banging a girl. Even if it's a good experience it is fleeting. I'm trying to look to investing into more durable, long-term pursuits. Ultimately I know that my sex drive is high so I won't go full monk but it is good to take some time out.

    Women cannot understand how differently men love women compared to how women love men.
    Men are the true romantics, not women.
    I divorced my soulmate of 39 years, because she was careless with my affections for her and she caused me to feel too much emotional pain.
    I freely gave her the house, the car, and paid off all of her tens of thousands of consumer debt; I got my laptop, my carry-on bag, and my freedom; I think it was a fair trade.

    Similar to Ferriss's "Tribe of Mentors" idea (haven't waded too far into his content), perhaps you should have named the summit "Tribe of Ronins." Though the ability to gather like-minded people is obviously more important than what you name it. Learn/grow/improve/mastery. Anything else is over-complicating. :)

    I don't know about having a bussiness. I have my job and in the evening i can spend my time drawing and painting. There is negative stuff you have to deal with in your job, but that happens in a bussiness too. Most people i know who have a bussiness work many many hours especially the first 10 years. Are you more independent? maybe, especially if you know how to start different companies, otherwise you might as well end up a slave to customers in a bussiness you don't like anymore. I find enjoyment being usefull and helping people in my job and in the evening i enjoy developing my drawing skills. Can i become any good at painting, maybe, i would even say likely at some point. Good enough to make something valuable? I don't know and it's not really that relevant at this time. I have time to develop myself, follow my instincts, interests and have full control. No need to sell or promote anything which wouldn't feel right to me at this point. I would say the most important thing is to not be fearfull to lose your job: 1) you should have enough money in the bank 2) become as good as you can so that it is more enjoyable 3) develop different skills to increase your confidence. Above all i have learned to trust my intuïtion, as long as my intention is good, i seem to find a way around, trough, over obstacles. Maybe i am a fool and i will do something i regret at some point, but i really don't feel confined anymore.

      Tony there’s always pros and cons with either. Personally I have gone through both. Employment at a multinational company being a professional as well as running a business. I wouldn’t say one is better than the other. Just what suits you. I would say being in employment is less stressful in terms of your financial security as compared to running a business. But running a business gives you flexibility and say as to what you want to do and how you want to manage it. In terms of work levels, in both cases, I had to work equally long hours.
      When I used to be under employment, I used to be bosses around like a peon, taking orders from one boss and then having to change the work because another boss disagreed. In the end, you end up doing shit that was not necessary. Nobody knew what they wanted and you end up being a typist. Because I was good, I was loaded with work which is a curse. So there wasn’t such thing as art in the evening for me. If you lose your motivation it’s hard to keep up with the performance levels required and therefore your salary, increments, bonuses and promotion are affected. You are let go at the age of retirement and who knows what you’ll be doing to earn an income. Parents of friends of mine are bored shitless and struggling to survive on their retirement fund.
      In business, the stress is managing the financials, the sales, the employees (motivation, interviews, etc), the processes. It’s overwhelming and immense. If managed well it’ll be there for you during the good times and bad times. You get the satisfaction of building something from scratch and seeing it unfold knowing that it was your brain and effort and blood sweat and tears to see it develop.
      Pick your poison.

      That's why I recommend passive investing in private placement real estate. It takes 10 to 20 hours per year of your time and the rest of the time you have free for your hobbies. Let the active operators who know their area and the business do all that work and you can be the passive investor that takes 70%.

    Have all your businesses been unblackmailable? When one first starts out, they are someone's bitch. One must answer to a supplier, clients or an industry gatekeeper.
    I didn't call it "unblackmailable", I referred to it as the mafia. And I have a "mafia" factor in my business plans (ie how much external control influences me).
    There isn't much out there that is clean cut, the mafia has its tentacles in almost everything.
