    easier way is to weld the cage nut in place. I've replaced tons of these mounts and tried everything. Welding it the bolt always comes out for me and you can just thread in a new bolt. I no sooner wrote this and you tacked it back in. I weld it before taking the bolt out is the only difference but no matter what you do these things are a pain in the ass! ha ha
