    • @sophiawoods6748
      @sophiawoods6748 Год назад +5

      @@NoLimitSquad it was, but the kettle bell was way higher. I mean that was the ultimate at the time.
      The old time strong men appealed to people.
      The isometrics is harder to sell than the kettlebells. Usually things that are ordinary with time tested results are harder to sell co,apr3d to some thing new but also quite old.
      People always want more or different not realising that that the basics are always were it’s at. There boring and repetitive but they always bring you results. But people want new new new all the time looking for the next thing.

    Hello, I've been on and off watching your material. And I'm floored by the content you put out. Ivebeen trying a bit of isometrics with rope and a gymnastic ring, and it seems to work great. Definitely doing alot to increase my strength daily. I'm a pretty skinny guy, so I like the increase in strength without growth. Fast, quick and agile and unassuming is where I like to be hehe. Thank you so much for what you do 😁👍

    Another great, informative video. Yielding isometrics are great… I have been incorporating this style of isometrics in what is referred to as a loaded stretch. I do the loaded stretch for 30-60 seconds, easing into the stretch of what ever muscle I am working, not a passive stretch but a stretch with a bit of tension applied. This has made a massive difference and boosts the effects (hypertrophy ) of isometrics as well as providing that missing element of isometrics that dynamic provides. Hope this helps!

      Make your own. Wood platform, thick broomstick handle, Vulken strap…$15 (not including the wood).
      Add a crane scale for another $15-20 if u want. Actually you may as well make 2 IsoStrap units cuz the Vulken straps come as a pair for $30. Sell the second one to make back the $$ you spent. You can easily sell it for 2-3x the cost too. 😂😂😂
      Think about it…wouldn’t you gladly pay me $45 for a new DIY IsoStrap device (or even $75 for one with a scale)
      If I offered it for sale?
      How can you NOT afford to make these if u really want one🧐🧐🧐.

    Hey man, I have some questions, I don't know if it's because I'm doing too much or because I'm beginning, but you see, I have a bit of a background of training, I did karate in the past, trained a bit I was strong and I stopped for 10 years since. I'm starting again to train, but now with only isometrics and my question is :
    Is that normal to feel fatigued if I was doing like in a session on iso workout with light weight like let's say 30% of my PR with a total of near 1 hour of Time under tension all exercises combined? Ah, theres one thing too, I was going like exercise hold to one another with almost no breaks between, but I was doing just fine with that.
    After those, I started to be hungry as hell too lol.

      @Sam…from what I know of Iso you are going to do yourself a disservice if you continue with your stated routine. Think u r clearly overtraining. From all trusted authorities on the subject there is an agreement that an Iso session should not extend past 20 mins. And that usually includes rest time between reps.
      You didn’t state how often u performed your hour-long workout sessions. But that may not even matter.
