- Hey party people! thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this new IKEA shop with me! I give you an ikea tour, and basically show you everything that is new at ikea, and everything that is not new - the good, the tried and true products the most loved items and I take you though most of the rooms so we can get some good room decor inspiration! I went to pick up a few things for my daughter's bedroom and I was pleasantly surprised when I found what I was looking for was in stock! woop! Hope you enjoyed walking through Ikea and enjoying the maze and everything that Ikea has to offer!

The other day, my husband heard me listening to you and he said you are a hustler, as in you work so hard and put out so much content. I had to also tell him you are pregnant and have 4 kids while working so hard. You are awesome.
Kim, We’ve had two different metal frames from IKEA a queen and king. They’ve been solid, not wobbly or squeaky. We’re gonna buy our daughter one from IKEA. We also have the brown/black Hemmes that you were looking at and it really looks black. It’s solid and have had one son use it, then he got married and passed it down to his brother. I’ve seriously loved them and don’t think you’d be disappointed with the metal frames at all.

Fun fact- I think the first video of yours I ever watched was an ikea tour. And I thought to myself- if I just watched an hour and a half video on IKEA and been that entertained , I’ve GOT to see what else she shares! Lol 😂 I’ve been hooked ever since.

We also got our daughter years ago the bed you mentioned for Meredith. It was excellent as a toddler bed and then converted it to a twin as she grew. Eventually, we then got her a loft bed from IKEA and she loved the play area under!
I've eyed that bed since Avalina was a baby! Always wanted it, but never got it!! lol

It's always so fun to go through a store with you. lol! FYI...the black slat thing(over the black leather couch) that goes over the arm of the couch is to use like a side table if you don't have room.

Fun shopping with you today. I never think IKEA for shopping. No reason, just never pops into my mind. I LOVED the cupboards/drawers with the lights inside. Wonderful idea.

I have 2 of the Linnmon desks they are really nice. I also bought 2 of their cheap Lack (14.99) side tables to make a full L shaped desk. I stacked 2 of the side tables and cut the legs of the 2nd side table to match the height of the desks. Its worked great for my home office/personal computer setup. I have 2 monitors on each desk and still have enough room for other things.

I absolutely love going shopping at IKEA with you. The one closest to us is 3 hours away so we don’t go but now I’m thinking I need a road trip. So many fun items. I loved the baby room decor it would be so cute in a baby room.

Yaaaaaasss! I love when I’m early lol this is just the pick me up I needed! Just moved from NJ to Texas! Long road trip and within a month a had to register and enroll my kiddo to his new school, decorate, unpack, and get ready for new job 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 lol at least we enjoyed our month long summer before school starts lol

I am loving every minute. With your speak and character you will understand every word after I say, 'gurl' is nothing but complementary. GURRL! You so out there, clearly your edibles have kicked in but you going to shop through cuz every room from the kitchen to the bedroom got you talking about those meatballs. Everyone cringes when I want to go shopping at Ikea sometime I tell them just drop me off come back in a couple hours, but with you shopping along it'll be your best shop date. They would turn us out of Ikea.

I have a metal frame IKEA bed that I’ve used for a couple of years now (and I am not a small person) and I have never had any issues with wobbling or loosening, just FYI

The clearance section is so worth a visit first, I found the exact bookcase I wanted for half the price there! I am looking for a Laundry Co. Sign, will see if I can get it online. Love the utensil holder too ! Great buy!

Those expandable kids beds are so cute because when they’re in the smaller toddler form it looks like a tiny double bed because of how wide it is compared to the length!

I have two of the smaller IKEA peg boards--the accessories on the other hand is like finding gold--OMG they hve the shelves!! next trip OMG we got the hooks...in white (because previous trip you purchase black). OMG they have the basket.
The metal beds there are beyond firm. Tell Alex I thought the same. When they didn't wiggle at Ikea I thought they were bolted down. They are not! Solid as a rock. Won't budge!!! Scouts Honor!!!Weve had one for over 8 yrs.

There is no IKEA store where I live, so I've never been in one. I find it fascinating that so many items for the home are in one location. That place must be huge. I enjoyed this trip.... lots of interesting storage ideas!
Yes we had ikea design our kitchen everything arrived on time everything was delivered . We hired someone to install the kitchen but he died 36 hours before he was do to start. We did the kitchen install ourself and once you make one cabinet you can do any of them. In the end the kitchen is beautiful and with the 25 yr warranty it was a great deal.

I live in a small town so we don’t even have Walmart so I have to travel about 50 miles to the closest stores so it’s fun to watch you go shopping at all these cool places . We don’t have Costco either maybe closest one is 75 miles . No good screaming deals for me :)

Yes, they do have sleeper sofa's. We had one of theirs for years.
We still have our metal ikea bed and love it. Ours is 13 years old - no squeaks!
Hiii Kim, you are too too cute as always. I agree, you guys need a Hugh dining table. You'll always find that split in the large dining tables in Ikea because that's how they make things. We, the consumers have to assemble the furniture. If you really need/want a 1 peice table top, I suggest Ashley's Furniture stores. They're nice and reasonably priced.
