@@PyrosCat_YT The Toymaker does cheat at his games.. always playing them at his advantage and the players disadvantage.. He crafts his games so he can almost never lose.
There’s another Chaos God in doctor who that I don’t see anyone talk about, mostly because he isn’t confirmed to be a member of the Pantheon of Discord, but he certainly fits the bill perfectly The physical manifestation of Death we see in torchwood in “A day in the dead” using the revived Owen as his harbinger to cross into their reality, and just like the other pantheon he only has one weakness, The Undead, since his powers don’t work on someone without a life to take (Owen), so he’s able to banish him back to his own dimension pretty easily. So theory, what if the Empire of Death isn’t symbolic of the Empire that causes a lot of Deaths, What if it’s literally the Empire of Death Itself 😮
there is something I noticed with all characters of the pantheon: they all require consent from someone close to their victims in order to act. the trickster always need someone to consent to his various plots, which is why he goes to people at the moment of their death, because he knows they will consent in order to survive. Maestro needs the piano teacher's agreement before they can act and take away his music. the toymaker is bound by the rules of his games, which both parties must accept before they can start playing. Krampus needs the little girl to ask for what he wants to do. therefore, I'm wondering if the monks from the "pyramid at the end of the world" episode could be part of the pantheon, as they need to ask: "do you have power? does power consent" before taking action.
Not sure about Tricky and Maestro. I always felt the Trickster needed consent because he wasn't fully manifested (he could only step into our reality for mere moments at a time), and so needed an "anchor" for his influence. When Sarah Jane falls for his trap and he's able to fully manifest, we he's able to bring ruin to the world no trouble at all, suggesting he's no longer constrained by consent. Given the way Maestro acted towards the piano teacher (mocking and teasing), I interpreted asking him if they should do something about the music around his heart (or whatever) as a rhetorical, rather than genuine request. Especially as, like the fully-manifested Trickster, they don't appear to need agreement to work their magic the rest of the episode.
The One Who Waits is Sutekh, the Destroyer! He says the Toymaker is the God of Games, Maestro is the God of Music, and the Trickster is the God of Traps
One thing missing for Maestro, that is important, is that they says "Every atom vibrates, with his own song, and all songs are mine" so them are basically the manifestation of the fabric of reality it self, sound and vision.
I feel like the Trickster could be the main villain of the finale and have some kind of connection to Ruby's birth as well as her biological parents because there have been numerous hints which point towards that being the case I feel like. Also, I think it would be cool if Krampus was the bad guy for this year's Christmas special for obvious reasons, seeing as how RTD has implied that the Pantheon will be sticking around past series 14 so yeah, but we'll see!
Yeah, Its nice to come up with theories cause who knows you could have been right lol. As you said we just have to wait and see and I am hoping the wait is worth it.
Actually, when the hidden song of Ruby Sunday plays in the Maestro episode, it is a slight variation of the Trickster's theme from the "The Sarah Jane Adventures" show, so this does make sense.
I think the biggest piece of evidence for The Tricksters return is when the behind the scenes regeneration clip for the fourteenth doctor released. Russell said that David Tennant was the fourteenth doctor, he also says though he isn't an illusion from the trickster. When he is saying this the only past doctor who character he mentions is the trickster. But why? Unless he's returning.
I genuinely think he said this to assure us that 14 was in fact a real doctor and not an illusion or a trick to us.. which it wasn't, but then again RTD always lies haha
@@TardisTalks Yes I don't think 14 was a trick haha, but it was such a specific character to choose. A character that's never had an on screen appearance in Doctor Who, just SJA.
He's mentioned the Trickster a few times in recent years. Like how he tweeted that the Trickster had witnessed Harriet Jones's survival, and that another piece in his plan had fallen into place, but that that was a story for another time.
Unless of course Sutekh has ascended to join this pantheon and is the one who waits. The visuals from the finale could fit either tricktser/queen of time or Sutekh
Originally, I wasn't going to look into the post-Capaldi Doctor Who series because of all the negativity people were spouting about it. However, the more lore I look up surrounding the Pantheon, I realize most of these reviews I kept seeing clearly were leaving out critical, need to know information. The Devil's Chord was simply described as "The Doctor runs from a man in a dress", but if this entity is associated with a group of creatures so powerful that they were like horror stories to the Time Lords, then yeah, I can understand why the Doctor would want to run from that. I'm learning to not take internet critics seriously anymore. If a piece of media is good or bad, I'm going to let the art speak for itself from now on.
100% how it should be and that is why all my reviews and channel content never takes the slight messaging within the episodes into consideration and instead focuses on the art and episode as a whole :)
Pantheon of discord Sutehk- the devil, god of death and malice Celestial toymaker- god of games Maestro- god of music Mara- god of beasts and madness Trickser- god of traps and trickery Reprobate- gote of spite Incesor Doubt Dread Krampus
The toy makers games were never rigged, despite his clearly evil nature he’s said he’s bound by the rules of the game so his games are fair he’s just really really good at playing
I dunno about Hecuba being The One Who Waits. Toymaker wouldn't have been surprised to see his sister, nor would he really fear her, he seemed more shocked cause it's someone he doesn't recognize with immense power.
It was always my belief that the Celestial toymaker was one of the great old ones. these were scientists from the last universe who found a way to shunt themselves into this universe when theirs was ending. Because the two universes operated with different laws of physics they found they were now ridiculously powerful. this group also included Fenric - who is my choice for the one who waits! - and Nyarlathotep who basically created the Autons amongst others. Most of this comes from 'The Curse of Fenric'.
I believe the Toymaker was one of the Guardians in the EU material. That said, the Old Ones were definitely in that material too. Fenric was Hastur, the Nestene Consciousness was Shub-Niggurath, the Great Intelligence was Yog-Sothoth, etc. It's honestly surprising that the show has not done Cosmic Horror/Lovecraftian more in its run; it's a setting that's ripe for it. But the closest I think we have come so far was the Beast two-parter.
if we go the "Usual" Pantheon route the Pantheon of Discord could be a 12-13 member deal, mimicing Greek Mythology sooo we might have only met a "tiny" fraction of them... my guess is "One who waits" would be their "Zeus" + since The Doctor mentioned that THE Toymaker is one of 3 fundimental forces f the universe (life, death, PLAY), we can Assume Hecuba is Death, since more often than not, Time is a go to "Death element" equivalent meaning that the Toymaker might have another sib, in the way of Life... just hope they don't got the 40k route with that, we don't need a Nurgle representation in Doc Who
With how in-depth you went, I was surprised you did not notice Sutekh. Especially considering this is in direct reference to Ready Player Two and Strauss's accession to the throne back in 2019. You know the clips regarding controlling tech.
I had noticed Sutekh, I just chose to go in a different direction exploring new avenues. I always knew Sutekh was a possibility, Although at the point of this video being released Sutekh was not known to be part of this pantheon and this is why they were not included in this video.
@@TardisTalks Fair enough, I am talking about the inspiration for this arc. It was based on the 2019 Game of Thrones that started with a couple of frat boys in a hot tub arguing over a sorority girl working at BJ's.
What’s to say the Beast, Death (from Torchwood) and the Guardians (key of time) aren’t in the Pantheon of Discord? And maybe Sutekh or Omega- given they’re incredibly powerful beings from within the universe but got stuck outside it- have joined it as ‘honoury’ members?
Although this does fall under the superstition arc Satan would not be included within The Pantheon of Discord and that is why they are not discussed in the video, saying that there is no reason as to why this could not be the finale big bad as it would still work within the series supernatural trajectory.
We keep waiting for the Valeyard, but it feels like a broken promise that won’t be realized. Much like the first Doctor’s promise to see his granddaughter again.
If the Daleks are in the season finale, cant wait to see how all this comes about, and if any Pantheon of Discord are involved in bringing the dalek's back. So could it be possible the dalek's in the season finale are from another universe, and not the Davros Daleks
I think its going to be revealed that the doctor is related to the pantheon in some way. Since they existed outside of the universe, its possible thats where the timeless child came from.
There is The Toymaker, the god of games There is Trickster, the god of traps There is Maestro, the god of music There is Reprobate, the god of spite There is the Mara, god of beasts And the threefold deity of malice and mischief and misery There are gods of skin and shame and secrets There is Incensor, the god of disaster, and her children Doubt and Dread And standing on high is the mother and father and other of them all For the god of all gods has returned And his names are many He has been Set and Seth and Setifer And his one true name forevermore is... SUTEKH I am the night. I am the terror. I am the loss.
So does Henry not count because he's quote "harbinger of the pantheon "? Or because he lacks his own power? or is this just to show that there are other entities who could be introduced to the pantheon like Krampus, Fenrik, The Beast or anyone else
Not sure if i can throw my hat into alternative titles for some of this pantheon but the trickster falls more to my vibes as a god of change less traps, but if its offical titles then who am i to judge. He honwstly feels like Tzennech from 40k a bit
Your channel/videos showed up in my recommendations. For new Doctor Who viewers, any chance of a video going through Classic Who pantheons? As mentioned on another video, I know nothing about who the Toymaker faced. Did they actually have The Doctor encounter God?
Certainly something I can try and get out at some point but if you are really wanting to know more you can read over the Tardis Wiki they have detailed pages on everything Doctor Who:)
Really interesting rundown and theories 😊 I did watch your video on Hecubus and it was very thought provoking and very possible 😊 I know everyone is going down the possibly the Trickster route and for a little while I thought it too now I am not so sure 🤔 I am actually leaning towards the New one no-one has heard of before theory as it would be typical of RTD after all Maestro and H.Harbinger didn't exist to peoples knowledge before. I am also still in the this is a tv show within a tv show theory, no real evidence but I think Susan Twist is a red herring of sorts just a reoccurring actress within the tv show on the Legend of Ruby Sunday. However my theories rarely pan out so I am doubtful this one will either so it's just a bit of fun 🤣 I had fun puzzling out 73 Yards in my head until the clues I thought I saw fitted together for me there are a flaw or two in it but it settles the confusion in my head so I am satisfied and helps me like the episode a lot more 😂😂 Thanks for the video I really enjoyed it and I am glad I found your channel and subscribed 😊😊
@@TardisTalks Thank you for even noticing them 😊 I am just having fun with it to be honest if they don't pan out I won't be upset or even disappointed. I voice them sometimes so others maybe think a bit more about it and see there are other possibilities and sometimes people comment back and point out something that makes me rethink 🤔 I like to believe that is what Doctor Who is about making you think and also have fun 😊
I try to reply to all comments that I can but its not always possible :(, Yeah it is so what Doctor Who is about and this is a big part in what brings us together as a fan base :)
@@TardisTalks you can't reply to everyone you do actually have a life apart from RUclips ☺️ I never expect replies if I get one thats great and I love it if I don't I am not upset about it 😁
I think Susan Twist's true identity will be Omega. Her character Susan Triad, or S. Triad (they've shown it written like that in a trailer and I feel like it's on purpose) is a clear anagram of TARDIS. Omega is able to will himself into existence, so I wouldn't be shocked if he (or she!) willed fragments of themself across all of time for the Doctor and Ruby to encounter. The demomic frame of Susan Twist in the finale trailer could just be what Omega looks like underneath their helmet. I'm pretty sure Omega also established time travel on Gallifrey and also has personal beef with the Doctor? Plus, RTD has said that an element of the finale threat comes from the John Pertwee era. So there may well be an Omega reveal, and the Tales of the TARDIS episode might be broadcast for the benefit of new fans who don't know whats going on
Tales of the Tardis is definitely gonna tell us what's going on and I look forward to it.. I love theorising but it would be nice to know what's actually happening now 😂
Wasn't Sutekh thought to be a God but then turned out to be an alien in the old series. But now it's being said it's part of the pantheon. Explaaaaain. Exxxxpplaaaaaaiin!!!
@jf683 The way I see it there are two explanations: A) Sutekh the Osiran was an incarnation of the true god, who has come to identify itself by the same name. This would help explain why he was so powerful even by the standards of his kind. or B) Sutekh the alien transcended to become Sutekh the god. The Toymaker refers to the Pantheon as "my legions", and Sutekh's harbinger refers to him as "the other of them all". To me this implies the Toymaker was originally top dog (and he still sees himself as such) of the Pantheon, but Sutekh came in and usurped him. When this would've happened I don't know, as we don't know 100% when Sutekh attached himself to the TARDIS. But the notion of joining the Pantheon isn't new; Clyde pretends to be interested in joining the Pantheon to lure out the Trickster in SJA. The Trickster refuses him not so much because it's impossible, but because Clyde has nothing to offer. Heck, maybe it's a combo of the two: Sutekh the alien becomes Sutekh the god, who incarnates as Sutekh the alien. Such a thing wouldn't be out of place in Doctor Who.
I like to imagine they are beings from the universes before the big band who accidentally where transformed into pure energy and out of boredom have shaped personality and their restrictions they added just since they bored
@TimesFM4532 I think that's how the original members came to be. The Toymaker and his child Maestro; the Trickster, etc. The elemental forces and embodiments, as it were. But it also seems the Pantheon can be joined: Sutekh, powerful as he was, was an alien, but seems to have transcended as a true god. And Clyde Langer pretended to want to join to lure out the Trickster; the Trickster refused because Clyde had nothing to offer ("the mind of a chittering insect"), not because the idea itself was impossible.
The trickster might be the doctor due to what was read out off pandora's box by river and said by the enemies of the doctor along with the other names of the doctor from past and future at the time
Wasn’t the trickster already defeated and destroyed in Sarah Jane adventures and the one who waits must be a new character as none of those would scare the toy maker as he didn’t even want to tangle with it
This has been my theory since ep1. RTD mentioned 5 episodes to watch before. This helped put in a lot of context and lore. “Spearhead from Space Features the Nestene Consciousness” and “The Bells of Saint John” features the Great Intelligence. These are gods knows as the Great Old Ones, A Pantheon of Gods who originate from “Ancestral Universes” created before the current one. The Pantheon of Discord is a lesser known subgroup derived from the Great Old Ones. The toymaker mentions to the Doctor “A Pantheon within a Pantheon” during “the Giggle”. So far the Story is that during “Wild Blue Yonder” the doctor interfered with the unknown which he regrets instantly. Opening up the Possibilities of the Impossible which released the Pantheon of Discord into the Year 1925. Giving them Plenty of time to plan shown during the Giggle from the Toymaster and Maestro Destroying Earth in the Alternate timeline. The Toymaster also has a Sister, Hecuba. Queen of Time, has the ability to manipulate time and control the tardis. She also loves to play games with toys. During the season we hear the tardis “groaning”. The doctor unsure what this is. During “Parting of the Ways” we see rose absorb time and space and briefly control it to her wants. I believe that she tries to control the tardis as we see the tardis getting scanned in the trailer. Also could be the reason they’re using a bike to get across London. A Time window is also known to be in the next episode. During this Season we see Ruby manipulating time around her, making slight or major changes, creating Time Mirages when she’s emotional and it always connects to the Day she was abandoned on “The Church of Ruby Road”. Furthermore, During Space babies we see the memory again, but the Mother has changed time during that memory to warn off the doctor. Reassuring that she is Hecuba. I also believe that Hecuba is the One Who Waits, During “The Devils Chord” we hear Maestro mention that this power can only belong to the old ones, then becomes terrified to meddle in their affairs. Susan Twist I feel has played and lost to Hecuba, become her toy and been cast through time to watch Ruby. As during “The Giggle” the Toymaster Mentions the one who waits and ran as that’s someone else’s game. And finally onto “A Good Man Goes To War”. 1 phrase. “Demons Run when a good man goes to war” this episode shows how far the Doctor will go to protect his friends.
I love how we are both on the same page as each other with "Hecuba" was literally my first theory and guess on this channel and I have stuck with it till now.. but now I want to be right so bad and I fear I may be so so far from the correct villain Ha!
I also wouldn’t be surprised as they’re continuing the timeless child arc that maybe the doctor is also a child of the pantheon, an immortal shapeshifter
Okay, so there are lots of different "pantheons" in the tv series canon The trickster, is a chaos eater, in no way a fundamental universal force, or elder god.... certainly powerful and part of a pantheon of discord... Maestro and the toymaker are abstract concepts, games, music, et al...potentially also including the master of the land of fiction... There's whatever Fenric is... (referred in other media as one of the elder gods from outside time and space) There's the white/black guardians... There's the Gods of Ragnarok.... There's the great intelligence (although whether abomnible snowman retconned it from being something elemental... atlhough the whole business with the divided through time, complicates things even more). I guess for me, the cosmic horror that the toymaker and maestro represent... they are truly elemental forces, there is no power that can challenge them... The trickster is rather pedestrian by comparison... would feel like a step down for the big boss to be such... Now imagine what other members of the toymaker's family could be... think of abstract things that could be coming...
Rogue is the one who waits... Lost in a dimension where he couldn't die, for billions of years waiting for a doctor who never comes. Becomes progenitor of the pantheon, returns ascended to hide in the timeline, playing his game of revenge on ruby and the doc.
Loved the video! But please, you don’t have to mention the relation of a character to the others every time if it was already described before… it’s a little repetitive, hope the feedback is appreciated :)
1:12 - 2:01 So, did you just decide to use the text from the entry for 'Krampus (Imaginary Enemies)' on The Doctor Who Wiki as you script, or was it you that actually wrote that whole passage in the article? 🤔🤔 Edited to add: I've just listened to the whole video, and compared the script to the relevant articles on The Doctor Who Wiki. Sadly, large chunks are directly lifted, or obviously paraphrased, from there. So unless you are the main author of those many articles, this is a pretty shoddy thing to do, and you should at the very least credit where you took most of the words in this video from.
My script and the article are not identical I have changed some wording were possible there is a lot of it going to be the same as it is the story that is being told for Krampus and it's the only information we have regarding Krampus on earth, but TardisWiki is a main source for this information yeah.
but it would be cool if these were agents of that big red devil in that one new but old one who was stuck inside the moon i alwyes wonder if that will ever come back
i think Ares the greek god of war is the trickster because he wears a claw like ring the same as the trickster and in xena the warrior princess he quoted i have been referred to as a trickster of sorts and war tricks people his immortal and a god
If you are referring to the first part of this video.. or indeed any part of the information I have shared I would love to know how you would find this information out without using other sources? it is credited in the description that Tardis Wiki is a source I have used, the first part about Krampus is indeed a story and had to be told as such it is not identical to the wiki as I had wrote and adjusted things to try to make it my own interoperation but with this being information on the gods themselves this is near impossible to do by rewriting and wording everything.
Hey sorry but you are perpetuating a big misconception with this video. Nowhere in official media is it stated that the pantheon that the Toymaker is a part of is the Pantheon of Discord. While it is possible, it is currently just a theory based on the fact that both groups have the word Pantheon in the title.
Hey, no that's okay but It is "possible" and "known" members and I do state this within the video, but Russell T Davies has spoken about the Pantheon of Discord when speaking about The Toymaker and Maestro and this is where I found out that he also liked the name "God's of Chaos" for them also.
@@TardisTalks RTD spoke about "The Pantheon" when speaking about the Toymaker and Maestro. In universe they are refered to as being part of "The Pantheon", which Russell also calls the Gods of Chaos. Nowhere are they referred to as members of the Pantheon of Discord, the whole confusion comes from incorrect info put on the TARDIS Wiki, I would be wary of that as a source.
Titans and Pantheons and Weeping Angels and objects that can destroy worlds or move universes and alter time or craft machines to travel in time and space and objects that are alive or curse worlds and then there's actual the Guardian's two of them positive and negative light and dark who are probably Pantheons and their true origins are puzzling and something unique it's thought they are former Time Lords or gods of Gallifrey but curiously the Guardian of Darkness has worn the face of Light but maybe then it's possible that there one version with two sides to reality with every Pantheon Order and Chaos are the two-headed Snake The Others, and Disorder all versions have identical origins and has mystified and causes changes and disorder. But we never see them together at the same time or worse working together. Together?
I'm _really_ not a huge fan of mixing god-level threats to the [insert suitably impressive spacial geographical area here]. Let the Toymaker and Maestro be their own thing, the Trickster's gang, the Black and White Guardians of Time, the Beast in the Satan Pit, the Mara, the Eternals, the Gods of Ragnarok, the Daemons, the _true_ Master of the Land of Fiction, and Sutekh should all be their own things without matching 'wordplay' Harbingers. It makes them feel like a comic book supervillain team. The universe and all of time and space are big places after all.
1. The Pantheon consists of higher dimensional beings who exist in the space between universes; their one goal is to invade a universe and sew chaos. -The Doctor, Episodes: Turn Left, The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith 2. Upon entry into a universe, they manifest in physical form and become bound to the rules of their domain within that universe. Each member sets a rule in place that all other members are bound to. The Tricksters rule: Everyone can be tricked, even the gods, but only once. The Toymakers rule: Fair play, a game is only fun if the players are on an even playing field. The Maestro's rule: Bargaining. An agreement must be made between a god and their victim. This starts with Timothy Drake and applies retroactively through time to the Trickster, the Toymaker, and Krampus (that's why they needed consent to start their plans and games). Hecuba's rule: Linear Continuity; all beings experience linear time, even the gods, while within the timeline of a universe. Although time travel and continuity changes are possible, omnipresent changes are not. This is why the other members of the pantheon and godlike beings within a universe cannot simply will changes into effect, they must occur in a linear fashion from their perspective. Even the paradox machine (Master altered TARDIS) couldn't overcome this effect. 3. There is also a pantheon of order, as established by the Doctor, and I firmly believe that Hecuba is actually a member of this pantheon instead given her role and powerset. I also believe it was her that imprisoned The Beast and Abaddon at the beginning of time since they were holdovers from the previous incarnation of the universe (like Galactus from Marvel) and they didn't experience linear time under her ruleset.
Used to love doctor who up until Jodie Whitakers run. To much politics and changing the doctors history destroying the work of many previous writers. This new run is honestly worse though emotional moments don’t hit as hard as they used to because he cries every episode and doesn’t act like any of the past doctors. Which was wait made the doctors iterations so appealing in the fact that they all had certain characteristics that made you know it was still the doctor. This doctor cry’s way to much for a doctor has the doctor cried and got emotional in the past, yes but that was a rare thing to see and gave a sense of danger when he got scared or angry and what not because the doctor has lived through so much that many things shouldnt affect him as much as a normal person. Also the pantheon of discord is a grand idea up until they made the designs of some members *coughs* maestro terrible I mean what is with the design. Literally only thing musical is the little piano on the shirt which isn’t very creative. It’s funny how all the chaos pantheon looks scary or menacing but this one blatantly stupid.

It's great name for a band "Pantheon of Discord
Rock Band...
The Pantheon of Discord is what I call me and my friend fucking around at 3 am on voice. LMAOOO
Pantheon of discord
Sutehk- the devil, god of death and malice
Celestial toymaker- god of games
Maestro- god of music
Mara- god of beasts and madness
Trickser- god of traps and trickery
Reprobate- gote of spite
Incesor
Doubt

Krampus
The Black Guardian is the guardian of chaos in time.
The trickster is the one who waits, because the trickster has been waiting all this time to return.
I mean he really has been eh? haha
And yet who he who waits has been waiting longer than the Trickster. I’m happy with their choice.
But the closest I think we have come so far was the Beast two-parter.
if we go the "Usual" Pantheon route
the Pantheon of Discord could be a 12-13 member deal, mimicing Greek Mythology
sooo
we might have only met a "tiny" fraction of them...
my guess is "One who waits" would be their "Zeus"
+
since The Doctor mentioned that THE Toymaker is one of 3 fundimental forces f the universe (life, death, PLAY), we can Assume Hecuba is Death, since more often than not, Time is a go to "Death element" equivalent
meaning that the Toymaker might have another sib, in the way of Life... just hope they don't got the 40k route with that, we don't need a Nurgle representation in Doc Who
With how in-depth you went, I was surprised you did not notice Sutekh.
What about the Beast from the Impossible Planet? I could see it potentially being tied in
Although this does fall under the superstition arc Satan would not be included within The Pantheon of Discord and that is why they are not discussed in the video, saying that there is no reason as to why this could not be the finale big bad as it would still work within the series supernatural trajectory.
You could debatably add the Beast to the pantheon as he predates the Universe.
True
Here's an off the wall idea: what if the One Who Waits is the Valeyard?
Interesting, but the valeyard is technically one of The Doctor’s lives
You son of a bitch I'm in
We keep waiting for the Valeyard, but it feels like a broken promise that won’t be realized. Much like the first Doctor’s promise to see his granddaughter again.
@@OpenBiolabsGuy True. After watching today's episode. I'm excited for the finale.
If the Daleks are in the season finale, cant wait to see how all this comes about, and if any Pantheon of Discord are involved in bringing the dalek's back. So could it be possible the dalek's in the season finale are from another universe, and not the Davros Daleks
Interesting.. I could route for this.
I think its going to be revealed that the doctor is related to the pantheon in some way. Since they existed outside of the universe, its possible thats where the timeless child came from.
Or the Valleyard

So does Henry not count because he's quote "harbinger of the pantheon "? Or because he lacks his own power? or is this just to show that there are other entities who could be introduced to the pantheon like Krampus, Fenrik, The Beast or anyone else
Great video, and the first I've seen describing the known pantheon!
Glad you liked it!
I didn’t know about that Krampus. I wonder if it’s the same one from the 8th Doctor big finish story that features the Krampus. 🤔
It possibly may be but if they say there can be multiple Toymakers the same may apply for Krampus?
That was such a great two part story, it even felt Moffat-esque, if his Xmas story does involve the Krampus it will be a tough one to beat.
our grim reaper picture is ironic for he who waits. Their more gods within the Patheon of Discord they are all named when Sutekh arrives
was the weird finger man from series 12 "can you hear me?" not apart of the pantheon? I remember him mentioning the toymaker
He was one of the eternals, being an eternal he knows of the Toymaker and probably every villain in doctor who to be honest.
I think the Dream Lord would be a good addition
The Dreamlord was a psychic construct of the Doctor, not in himself a being

Really interesting rundown and theories 😊
I did watch your video on Hecubus and it was very thought provoking and very possible 😊
I know everyone is going down the possibly the Trickster route and for a little while I thought it too now I am not so sure 🤔
I am actually leaning towards the New one no-one has heard of before theory as it would be typical of RTD after all Maestro and H.Harbinger didn't exist to peoples knowledge before.
I am also still in the this is a tv show within a tv show theory, no real evidence but I think Susan Twist is a red herring of sorts just a reoccurring actress within the tv show on the Legend of Ruby Sunday.
However my theories rarely pan out so I am doubtful this one will either so it's just a bit of fun 🤣
I had fun puzzling out 73 Yards in my head until the clues I thought I saw fitted together for me there are a flaw or two in it but it settles the confusion in my head so I am satisfied and helps me like the episode a lot more 😂😂
Thanks for the video I really enjoyed it and I am glad I found your channel and subscribed 😊😊
Glad you enjoyed the video :) and I do like the theories you comment also, some of them could be entirely possible.
@@TardisTalks Thank you for even noticing them 😊
I am just having fun with it to be honest if they don't pan out I won't be upset or even disappointed.
@@TardisTalks you can't reply to everyone you do actually have a life apart from RUclips ☺️
I never expect replies if I get one thats great and I love it if I don't I am not upset about it 😁
I think Susan Twist's true identity will be Omega.
I love theorising but it would be nice to know what's actually happening now 😂
What about the Dream Lord from Matt smiths dr era?
Gods of Chaos, very suitable for this pantheon. Perfectly describes their essence. Chaos is what follows their appearance.
Wasn't Sutekh thought to be a God but then turned out to be an alien in the old series. But now it's being said it's part of the pantheon. Explaaaaain. Exxxxpplaaaaaaiin!!!
@jf683 The way I see it there are two explanations:
A) Sutekh the Osiran was an incarnation of the true god, who has come to identify itself by the same name.
Hecuba would be a great final boss ❤
I thought Henry was just a creation of Maestro
Same
I have been thinking, if there are evil GODS OF CHAOS; Than I wonder if there might any genuine Good Gods & GODDESSES, in the stories?
I mean it's possible..
The trickster might be the doctor due to what was read out off pandora's box by river and said by the enemies of the doctor along with the other names of the doctor from past and future at the time
Wasn’t the trickster already defeated and destroyed in Sarah Jane adventures and the one who waits must be a new character as none of those would scare the toy maker as he didn’t even want to tangle with it
According to a special recorded after Elizabeth Sladen's passing, the trickster was indeed defeated, but he wasnt destroyed, he was trapped.
I think Ruby is related here, maybe a granddaughter or even neice and has been abandoned to keep her safe.
great video, thanks for the information!
Thank you, Glad you enjoyed 😊
@@TardisTalkswell the next episode is all about time, Susan through time, a time window, Ruby
I also wouldn’t be surprised as they’re continuing the timeless child arc that maybe the doctor is also a child of the pantheon, an immortal shapeshifter
If there was a pantheon of discord in reality I would say working in a fast food joint of parliament 😂
Okay, so there are lots of different "pantheons" in the tv series canon
The trickster, is a chaos eater, in no way a fundamental universal force, or elder god.... certainly powerful and part of a pantheon of discord...
Maestro and the toymaker are abstract concepts, games, music, et al...potentially also including the master of the land of fiction...
There's whatever Fenric is... (referred in other media as one of the elder gods from outside time and space)
There's the white/black guardians...
Well you do have the toymakers sister.. Hecuba the Queen of Time.. she is powerful if not more powerful than the toymaker and maestro.
@@TardisTalks is she in the novel canon?
I also forgot the raw concept of time from the flux as an elemental force...
Think your confused. David Tennant is 15 . As he is also 10/11 regenerations

2:49 THE WHAT DOCTOR!!!!
1:12 - 2:01 So, did you just decide to use the text from the entry for 'Krampus (Imaginary Enemies)' on The Doctor Who Wiki as you script, or was it you that actually wrote that whole passage in the article? 🤔🤔
Edited to add: I've just listened to the whole video, and compared the script to the relevant articles on The Doctor Who Wiki.
@@TardisTalks Then give credit where credit is due. Either in the video or in the description.

Queen of time another female incarnation of the master or the president's new form
The Eternals from Enlightenment are still out there? They are very 'Q' like - if I could cross franchises
Watch Greatest show in the Galaxy has Sylvester McCoy as the Dr and has Ace and I think the Patheon...
Together?
Are the pantheon the trickster brigade?
The Trickster Brigade would be something different, these are villains that work for the trickster to help them achieve their chaos
I think the gods or Ragnarok and sutekh

🔥
1. The Pantheon consists of higher dimensional beings who exist in the space between universes; their one goal is to invade a universe and sew chaos. -The Doctor, Episodes: Turn Left, The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith
