Your videos really resonate with me! I've just started dipping my shoe into the ultra running world- and I really connected with the idea of letting your ego into it just a bit and that 30% of calories go to your brain. I ran my first 50k in October and my nutrition was definitely off! I got really angry and wanted to quit, but told myself "no, bc you told everyone you were doing this, and if you quit then you have to do one of these again and we are NEVER doing this again!" I came in DFL...and half an hour after the race my husband says I said "I can do better"...consequently I'm doing my second one in June. Ive made some changes to my training and my nutrition this time around, and these videos have really given me a lot to think about!! Thank you! 😊 Good luck on your race!! You've got everything you need in your toolbox this time!! You've totally got it! 💪
