I survived stage 2 breast cancer 6 years ago, it was frightening, and I pray every night thanking God for being there with me.
That’s really good to hear. I have stage 2 now.

My daughter Jael Strauss passed away from metastatic breast cancer on December 4th 2018. She appeared on ANTM and became an advocate for recovering addicts and the homeless. She was only 34. I miss her soooooo. God bless.
May she continue to rest in peace. I loved Jael on ANTM. She seemed like such a sweet and genuine soul. I followed her cancer battle and was so sad when she didn't make it. She had gone through so much and made it over to the other side. Just doesn't seem fair.

@@ernestinemaloy8680 ty. For some reason ur message touched me. This Saturday will be 3 years since she passed. I'll share with you that when she was born I requested that "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" be played. She did have fun. Right as she laid in peace after she passed, her friends called me back to her room in hospice where they were playing that song! We cried and hugged and danced and clapped in that room with her. Whew. I've never written that before. Ty. Lisa.

My daughter just passed of metastatic breast cancer on September 14, 2021. Still processing my anger over the many treatments she endured. She was 48 years old & fought it since she was 28.

So sorry for the loss of your daughter.
Bless you Sandy, such a Long time to share the burden, with your daughter.
I know they were precious years, what a blessing. I have a daughter, much older than yours, but I'll share her with you. I know you're missing her a lot, right now, so I'll pray that God gives you that peace, that only He can give....
wrote a poem named, ""She's Only A Breath Away''...for twin boys, who were
teen agers, of one of the ladies at my church. Can't remember any of it, but,
that applies to you too, just 'ONE'...breath away. May the peace of God, cover
you, and put a ''Healing Song''.....in your Spirit, to comfort your Heart.
Be Blessed Sandy. Relax....as you go through your Healing, not grieving.......

My wife of 32 years who carried the mail in downtown Louisville survived for 10 years until she passed at 68. Was a wonderful mom to my daughter who is now a lawyer and a VP with the Postal Service. She fought so hard to continue to see her grandmother grow up. Sometimes I wonder if they put as much money towards a cure as they did going to the moon if we could find the answer then
There was a special on 60 minutes it showed several people from here and other countries they all died mysteries death they all announced they found the cure to cancer. There are cancer centers here its a very profitable business a cure would put a lot of people out of work. You should look it up very interesting 🤔
The answer is here in the right now but it will never be put into play. There's too much money in cancer treatments and cancer centers to bring it on board.
Lost my mom to breast cancer 2 years ago. Right before she passed, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am doing great right now. Thank you for remembering those that we lost to this terrible disease and continue to pray for those of us still fighting. 🎀

My beautiful sister was diagnosed with stage 3C breast cancer in 2006 at the age of 55. Regrettably she didn’t get regular breast exams or they might have caught it earlier. She had surgery, radiation and chemo and took a new (at the time) anti-cancer drug regularly and had a 13-year remission during which time she traveled the world and visited the UK, Norway, Iceland, New Zealand, Peru, Vietnam, China, Japan, Cuba, Croatia, Spain, Slovakia, and even Antarctica. I was going to go with her to Israel, but the cancer returned in 2019 and had mutated and was metastatic and this time could not be stopped. I lost her ten days before Christmas 2020. I miss her very much. We were close siblings and had a lot of common interests. But I’ll always remember her with a big glowing smile even right to her last day in hospice.

My first girlfriend died of breast-cancer age 26 (in 1991). She was not famous, nor was she rich, but she was the person I loved and will never forget.
She never thought somebody as young as she was in any risk of contracting breast-cancer as there was also no family history.
She passed after only 4 month from being diagnosed, her wish to become a mother never came true. R.I.P. K.

So sorry for your loss
So sorry for your loss. She died WAY too young. Sounds like she had an extremely aggressive kind of cancer. Usually people that young don't have to think about it or really have images done. only 26. Cancer can start anywhere and grow a tumor at another location in the body though. Again, so, so sorry.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005. We are living longer because we are careful; many of us have the attitude, "what are you going to do, give me cancer?' We can't afford to be afraid. And blessings on my many sisters I see on this page.
I was diagnosed with stage 3 metasatic breast cancer in 2005 as well. The fearlessness is a real thing, I know because I have decided not to let it beat me emotionally. I'm still here, just have had to deal with the after effects from the surgery, radiation, chemo and 15 years of drugs. So far so good though. My best wishes to those who are fighting cancer, and condolences to those families that have lost a loved one.
I've lost my Momma, 2 sisters, a grandmother and have a sister that's been battling metastatic breast cancer for 13 years.😢
To anyone fighting any form of cancer, I watched this and took pause for everyone. Just a moment of silence for your resilience, fear, courage and for many, triumphing. But it's not enough. I lost my mom in the 1970's and am getting tired that this disease is still out there . We heard the same thing 50 yrs. later from doctors: " Oh, we are so close to a cure" when a sibling was diagnosed with this. I shake my head in disbelief.
I participated in a study for treatment. I was 31 when I first got diagnosed. I had 3 small children and I was determined to see them grow up.I was nursing my third baby when I found mine. They say, breastfeeding decreases chances of BC🤔. This was 20 years ago. I’m still here and I thank God for that! I kept up with the study over the years, I mean after all , I kinda flipped a coin in choosing treatment, whether to take traditional treatments or do the study where I was closely monitored. So far I did well as well as a lot of women in my age group. It did not fare well with most elderly women. I’m grateful that they are trying. Sorry for the loss of your mom. I lost my mom at a young age. Non cancer related conditions.
I have metastatic breast cancer. I was diagnosed on June 1, 2018. I was 57. I’m taking Ibrance ($14,000 per month. Yes, 14,000. I get help from different places, each year is different), and Letrozol. I’m pretty certain that there’s a cure for breast cancer. The thing is… there’s no money in cures. The money is in treatment. Just my opinion.
Linda McCartney and Jill Ireland are two of the most famous that died of breast cancer. Thanks for the video.

I read Jill Ireland’s book when I was in my 20’s. Out of all the books I’ve read Jill Ireland’s book meant the most. Thirty years later I would have breast cancer. Jill Ireland was a special lady.

@Kevin Suarez Last time I checked, we had freedom of religion in this country. If you don't believe, so what? You don't need to spew that. You have no power here, so begone. You also meant "you're" as in "you are" and you didn't capitalize God, which is a proper noun and our Heavenly Father. Good luck to you in the coming days. You'll need it.
@@firetopman Love it..thank you
@Kevin Suarez Opinions are not facts. A fact is something that is true. Nothing you said is true. I feel sorry for you. You need to connect with God or be on the wrong side of history. A ketogenic diet will cure many ills in the body due to low carbohydrates, which feed cancer. I worked in oncology for 20 years. All they did was kill people. This works. You should look into it if you have any internal problems or allergies. I wouldn't bash God right now. We are in a battle royal between good and evil. Choose your side.

Cancer, the indiscriminate killer. While a medic in the military, a very athletic young man I knew, I noticed at a remote base kept rubbing the side of hand, his thumb over part of his chest. I asked him about it and he said it was just pimple. I tried for 6 months to convince him to get it looked at on a trip to Landstuhl, but he would not budge. It was not a pimple. He died of breast and lung cancer at 28.
Very sad. Very unusual. Men are only about 1% of breast cancers diagnosed. Very malignant.
You tried your best to get him to check the spot out. It’s tragic to watch someone die so young of cancer.
That he had developed two types of cancer is disturbing.
Caucasian males are very stubborn
