Although, it’s absolutely safe to do MRI with titanium implants which are were well secured to the bone nonetheless, answer isn't a simple yes or no. Here’s what you must know -
*Make sure what material has been used in your implants*. Most US- FDA approved companies make titanium implants without any impurities and they are MRI compatible. Detailed description of the material used can be checked on their website also as they declare the exact composition of the implants. But many local companies are not so transparent so Unless we know what is in our body, we cannot make safe decisions for something as important as an MRI Scan.

Sir i had fracture of neck of femur in 2017 and i have CRIF +CCS in my neck of femur. Now i have to get my MRI done and i don't know about my implant that it is of SS or Titanium. So what should i do to know my implant material ?

Nothing happend, today i have done MRI with 4 metallic crown, and the crown material was cobalt and chrome, so do not worry guys trust me
