Cathy, the Mary Pickford of Yorkshire! The raccoon of radio pictures ( formerly RKO) this is absolutely beautiful, greatness! Keep going, I look forward to your latest production! Also, you're Dad did great making the time machine, I'm glad you mentioned that otherwise it would have been lost history.Always remember to watch the daily's for future improvements and, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours! You're a treasure!
There has really been some great videos this year and the style really is working. I love that your managing to do more international stuff but still tie it back to the UK and Yorkshire too
The collective noun for raccoons is a "gaze" - perhaps fitting for you working in a visual medium! Looking forward to meeting you at The Lantern Theatre next year :-)
Catherine, be assured you have at least ONE supporter that has watched EVERY clip on here (even back to your old name) & I have also liked 👍🏻 EVERY clip also. Your amateur productions are great fun to see 👍🏻👍🏻 All the best for 2025 & have a Wonderful Christmas 🎄⛄️🤶🏻🎅🏻🎁🎥
Cathy, I love your videos. What they have is personality and using a "low tech" approach makes them more immediate and unique. I wish you more success in 2025. 👍😎
Thanks for all the great content. The truth is the daughter of time so your hard work and efforts to investigate and record our history is important and appreciated, and fun and informative :0)
I first discovered your channel about a year ago and have been completely hooked ever since. It's obvious that a lot of research and work goes into making the films. I love the slightly quirky style. Thank you to you and your team for making them. They are entertaining and educational. Looking forward to seeing more in 2025.
Not sure if you’re aware, but golden acre park near Adel has lots of history which would be good to learn more about. I’m quite sure it used to have an old tourist railway and outdoors attractions/rides in the 1920’s….
Catherine, last comment of three. Could some of your contacts get you on TV to discuss whether Yorkshire pudding belongs on Christmas dinner, thereby allowing you to promote your book, channel and TV style video productions? Also we could get your answer to this vital question.
Catherine, I enjoy your videos on RUclips. I have had to learn that fit for purpose achieves more than trying to be better than required. Is it possible to do more videos fit for RUclips, maybe shorter but punchier plus a few TV quality films of even better quality to show your ability, maybe one per month to treat the viewers?
This particular video doesn't have the usual credits at the end for some reason, but if you view the credits sequence on any of this year's history films on the channel, you will see there's more than one person involved

Well done, Catherine - I always enjoy watching your output and you obviously have a lot of fun making them! Onwards and upwards for 2025!
A'reyt Catherine. Happy Christmas and New Year to you and anyone reading this and also folk that help your channel and your family.

“5 minutes later you’ve travelled in time” … tickled me that one, as a pure Yorkshire guy that’s exactly my type of humour 😂
Keep up these great videos in 2025 lass x

What a year, eh? And that Skelly worked his fingers to the bone, too
I'd like to see Cyril Servant as a recurring character.
Thank you! We're rapidly thinking of how to feature him more as we think...
You're not his dad, are you?

Hey! … those aren’t real books!
I have my suspicions about the MOT status of the racing car too
