Very few games (like a vr game called rec room) wont let you use things like RUclips/Spotify in your browser while doing this multitasking thing sadly.

When I turn it on I can't see my hands in game I can just see my actual controlers
Then if you move you hands/controllers away from the window and squeeze any trigger, you'll get the game controls back.
