Fan at high school soccer game runs down the stands to berate the referee. The ref calls for the AD to eject him. The fan runs away first. Oct 22, 2020
I referee high school soccer...the varsity level players cannot stand the parents in the stands...They complain to me all the time. I've even had players ask me to kick out their parents. A warning has, fortunately, fixed the issues.
A foul is a foul whether you "play the ball" or not. There is no exception to kicking a player that doesn't make it a foul because you "played the ball".
Agreed. She got the ball first, but then did hit her with the trailing leg a bit. Possibly a yellow card if it was persistent fouling, but definitely not red like the fans were yelling.
At one of my games the fans of mid view swearing at the ref cheering when out players got hurt and at the end of the game when we shook hands the mid view players flicked us of. This was in u13
That was not even a foul lol. Looked like a clean tackle. Got the ball, didn't go through the player. Just got around and although it was a hard tackle it was clean.
Then how did the player end up on the ground? Clean means you didn't foul the other player. Incidental contact is OK, but that was far more than incidental contact.
there was actually a fight amongst parents cuz of masks at another game. It delayed the game 20min. This game was only delayed about 5min for the fan to leave
Is that VP Harris laughing at the start of the vid? Yes she got the ball but IMHO...in the process fouled the opponent with the trailing leg. DFK? + caution?. I do not know the age or level of competition. It is not that hard of a foul but the head hitting the turf can see the cards come out.
"If that's not a red, I don't know what is!"
Well he's got that right, he definitely doesn't know what he's talking about.
I’m telling you these parents are gonna ruin the game for their kids. How embarrassing.
I’ve absolutely love watching your videos and this is by far one of the best ones yet, nothing beats out of control parents at a sporting event
The girl telling her own stands to shut up sums it up pretty well.
You nailed it!!

Are you coming to the Midview west lake section championship on Saturday at west lake?
Tell how was that a hard foul, she clearly played the ball, and the dude thinks thats a red..smh
Watching these videos I feel like Americans know nothing about soccer 😂😂
@@vincentvonmunchhausen724 I bet every parent/fan yelling never played a true game of soccer in their lives (and I'm American lol)
@@vincentvonmunchhausen724 If that is your takeaway, you are more idiotic than that fan.
Americans know nothing tackle was clean as whistle

it actually wasnt even a bad challenge to be fair lol
Thank you!

@@OhioSportsNet1 it’s a yellow card tackle and nothing worse
Yep. Probably a yellow, on with the game.
1:22 for all you super sports parents out there. Don't ruin sports for your kids.
Hey, how about no parents at games.
Not surprised, given my experience in the past with fans from this school
what's your experience?
@@OhioSportsNet1 Indoor (e.g. meaningless) game last winter - I thought parents were ready to start throwing punches by the end of it.

Great move but excellent recovery and challenge.

@@chrismaynard627 oh yeah i agree 100%. i was confused bc my original comment had nothing to do with soccer lmao 😂
You're a grown man turn your hat around
Fair tackle, shouldn’t even be a free kick.
