[TAS] Profane Promiseland UV MAX [DOOM II]

- This is a tool-assisted run of the big map Profane Promiseland done in RC1 version (latest version). I did this run live on my 1000 sub special livestream and this is the TAS demo that resulted from it, thanks to everyone who came out to watch the run live and especially big thanks to Human Being and Bytefyre for help on restoring from backup when I softlocked the run. This run was viddumped so you cannot see any lag in the video which is a big upside to the viddumped demo.
About the run, I have not played this map while doing this tas so most parts were done pretty blind besides from parts I have seen in decinos playthrough of it. Some parts were slow because of not knowing the map. Overall I think that a TAS time of this map could possibly hit the sub 2 hour mark with great planning. But I don't think we will see anything of that caliber until the map officially releases. This map is pretty hard to TAS because you cannot rewind since the map is too big, so you have to rely on stored key frames instead.

Heh, and I thought OSM couldn't be topped for monster count. 40,000 enemies. My laptop would fry trying to run this in Doom RLAX.
Nice. I've been wondering about this map for some time myself. I pathed through this map ages ago with no monsters, mainly to figure out the triggers and a route to figure out what fights I could skip and what to finish. I guess it's time to get over my Satisfactory/Dyson Sphere Program distraction/addiction to return to some good ol' Doom.

how is this a tas though? wouldnt you put in efforts to dodge the obvious rockets and such? it looks like ordinary gameplay :o

if they really hated doom players it would have nothing but chaingun guys with impossible to hit Arch vile to revive said chaingunners, 30000 chaingunners with 10000 arch vile guys

The word magnificent just came to short to comprehend these bohemia of a map.. I truly enjoyed the entire game love doom I wish it would be nice if it could be on ps5.. but 😢.. great job keep out the good work, and I wish I could play it too. They’ll be amazing killing those dumbasses. Ha ha ha

This is the most amateurish TAS Run I ever saw! I quite enjoyed it, it looks like a normal run with all the failures and makes it watchable, not like a bot fiesta.

this level got more monsters then okuplok is this also impossible to beat with out a TAS?
Neither levels are impossible without TAS. Just waste a year of your life and you might achieve it
@@Brainfreezzzzzhaha yeah thought so. still though creating a tas of levels like this takes tons of time as well. i mean you still have to play it and redo every single mistake you make. that takes hours of your time as well.
