I disagree about the nm dungeon change. I think its great, now exploring the dungeons has a purpose. Before it was just rush to the end and thats it. Im also someone who doesnt like running a ton of infernal hordes. I can do 2 or 3 in a row but after that its just too much and i need to slow down. I do hope they improve nm dungeons more but this change is great.
They should add some difficulties to them cuz their name are nightmare but it is nothing nightmarish about them. More difficult, more reward. But not just fucking hp to the bosses
One other disagreement. So I think the paragon changes are good. It always gives a reason for killing monsters (even while doing wispers outside of helltide) since it will likely take a very long time to reach 300 paragon. Before when you hit level 100 what was the point of just killing monsters? Nothing unless it was in helltide, pit, or infernal hordes which require you to kill the monsters to progress in the activity (hordes&pit) or gain the needed resource (helltides). Now killing monsters anywhere will continue to have a purpose for (hopefully) much much longer.
You shouldn't expect crafting materials in Hordes anymore. They have them super tuned because it's the seasonal theme. My guess is hordes move towards boss mats and equipment.
Then I hope that the equipment part is buffed by A LOT because now even the one shot to the great chest feels like 60 wasted Aether. I run them (as everyone) for Pit materials and gold.
I've never liked the Paragon system, I have 80+ points waiting to be assigned because I can't be arsed to do it and I just forget that they're there. Currently at 50, when we're done with skill points some of the enjoyment goes for me. Maybe it's my old brain still tuned into Ye olde Diablo 1/2 days but it hasn't gone away more than a year later.
I really like, that the devs kept developing the rune system, they first showed years ago. But it really is a bad idea to hand out class skills through it. The condition - effect - idea together with the resource is one i really like, though.
@@KeepingITDarkx I get, what makes you say that and even had your opinion, until i got reminded of D2 and how mandatory Enigma was, if you wanted to be efficient, or cta, hoto, botd,... I just am afraid, some of the runewords might become a must have.
@Siphr0dias Enigma wasn't mandatory it was just nice to have. You just roll sorc for grinding to help gear your main. I hear what your saying though. It sucks being forced to go a certain build. I hope it doesn't go that way. Already way to many uniques that are useless.
As a necro main I feel like we need more minions to feel the full affect of the class. Change the ring of mendelns power to +3 mages, +3 warriors, and +1 golem. Of give us a glyph that gives us the same effect at max lvl. Minions need a massive buff
Can you stop with the Barbarian hate it's getting to be ridiculous you need a barbarian main on this podcast because its to the point you have no idea what you guys are talking about when it comes to barbarians just throwing a fit because they have 4 weapons. You talk about the new skill, having a cool down, and maybe needing cooldown reduction. Barbarians have a one-handed unique that trun all master skills into core skills, removing the cd and cost fury. So far the skill is just okay
There's lots I'm looking forward to. I think in retrospect we probs come across unnecessarily negative at times in this, but that's more a case of 'info overload' and not knowing ultimately what the new gameplay loop will feel like, in addition to having a new campaign. It's a lot to process. I'm sure PTR and outcomes will change that ✌️
No offense, but whatever part of the UK the Lady comes from, that’s one the less understandable English pronunciation I’ve heard in my 50 years. I’m not English mother tongue but I could only understand half of the words she said while I could perfectly understand the other dudes.
@@jeyoung27 Ahaha no problem my Lady, English is also different depending on the parts of the UK, but I really had a tough time. Keep up the good work!!!

Very much agree

I disagree. It allows for more build options and fun ways to explore/grind. And it also gives players something to chase for a week.

PIT=Glyph XP and Difficulty Progression / NMD = Masterworking Materials / Infernal Horde = ???

The limit at 5 paragon boards is a big oufh, really hope they change it
same here i realy dont like paragorn, i would like a based skill tree with glypths or someting like that.
Why don’t you guys just play Diablo 2 what’s the point in D4 if you don’t like any part of what’s in the expansion?

Should give the Iceman an invite as a guest speaker. Would be a good episode.
