Guardians of the Galaxy? More like Guardians of the Sexy. This entire cast is beautiful and talented, and I honestly can't wait for this movie to come out. (went back and watched this panel because the trailer's coming out today! woohoo!)
Dave made a good impression on me for the movie, he's still a bit rough around the edges when acting but he was great for the movie. I hope he flourishes in the next set of movies and gets up their into "The Rock" status. The whole cast was chosen well.

For the same reason they can use Quicksilver in the Avengers - multiple affiliations. Plus I don't think Ronan has ever even interacted with the Fantastic Four - you can make the argument that he's part of the Marvel Cosmic universe rather than Fantastic Four - even though there is some overlap there. Plus he did fight members of the Guardians in the comics and as far as I can tell, never the Fantastic Four even though he's Kree which technically comes under FF.
While I agree that she's a relative unknown, I would also say that it's not always logical how much actors get paid on any given film. The same actor could get paid millions on one film and then a much smaller salary on another. It's logical to assume that if Chris Evans or Mark Ruffalo only got 200K for the Avengers, then there's no way anyone on GotG should get more than that, but I am highly uncertain that it always works out like that.

So for you guys who don't know Thanos will be the main villain for GOTG. It's already been confirmed and it only makes sense since in the comics Drax the Destroyer's soul mission in life is to kill Thanos. And GOTG are not part of the Avengers universe so Thanos can't be the villain for that film. Instead it will be the Age of Ultron.
