Or if your doing a cardigan and you use this stitch as columns to border like a cable. Then do the rest of the cardigan in a more simple stitch. I think using this as an element of the overall design of your project would actually make this a good go to. Because it’s not as complex as cables, but once you figure them out they would probably be faster to do the cable stitch. But I wind up with a mess every time. This I could actually do.
