This show has the best production for sure, but if you haven’t checked out UTV podcast yet their analysis is ace,

This is good,but we as Villains are well blessed with so much intelligent content.UTV is very good too,along with All Villa No Filler,etc,etc.
Pete's show is excellent but there are many Villa podcasts that offer plenty in different ways. Villa on Tour is unique for capturing the match day experience, there's Frankie's humour on All Villa, John Townley's independent thinking on Claret & Blue, Luke's enthusiasm (and friends) on Up The Villa, and Sky and Talk Sport Presenter Dan Bardell on 1874. We are the Villa Family!
I'm a pool fan and I enjoy this podcast 😂. Yes good production, but it's the good natured, humourous and positive personality of the host that makes it watchable......too many fan channels are either dull or sink into toxicity and in fighting (eg Arteta out). Keep it up.

Glad you picked up on kamara … I thought he was man of the match, the amount of trouble he snuffed out in the game was incredible. if you looked at player ratings afterwards he was scored mid range ….very unfair.

I've been FA Cup highlights over Christmas on youtube. From '76 my first memory all the way 2023. It is criminal how little we have featured in that time. I can only think of Newcastle and Villa being teams who haven't won. Everyone else with the same stature has won it. Even Coventry, Leicester, West Ham Wigan, Portsmouth. We are due. Chelsea away is a bit of a concern but who knows. UTV
Everton is bringing elements to new stadium As well as redoing the hydraulic tower. Their are so great articles on it.

A video needs to be made of all the great players who were fringe players until they were 21 or so, and then shown to the lads who think they should be first teamers at 18.

I do hope that whatever happens to Villa Park will improve the match day experience for fans but also keep the great history of Villa Park.
I share your thoughts on the “bluff interest” in Dybala, Ngonge would be my pick as he has so much potential but wouldn’t at all be disappointed if we signed Dybala, might be more likely now AC Milan have apparently approached Ngonge too, we are apparently in talks with Johnathan David as too are ManU ..UTV

I preferred Ayresome Park to the Riverside Meccano set. The one thing in its favour over the old stadium is you now don't get pelted by bricks etc from the bridge above
As for the draw, I'm of the opinion we'll mess about with the team for it and probably get beat because it's played the weekend before we play Newcastle in the Prem on the Tuesday which has to take priority.
But the cup team has gelled a bit with all Conference league games...so you'd never know.
You either have VAR at ALL grounds or none in the FA Cup, it’s that simple

I think the stat on Kamara not being dribbled past was a bit of a joke because it was posted on Jan 2nd and was 'not been dribbled past this year' :)
Everton are playing next season at Goodison so it wont be our last visit. They're moving in at the start of the 25/26 season. Duran is another Chukuwemeka, a kid being badly advised. I don't want characters like that at the club, he can take his dummy and rattle and go if he can't get on board with this project.

We need a defensive midfielder that can fill in for Kamara if injured or suspended. Right Back of Course and a Striker. We need players 25 yrs and younger. We don`t need veterans who are injury prone and whose legs have gone. We`ve got plenty of experience in the team so that`s over rated
Rob Jones is a dirty word and a ********** amongst NFFC fans for his horror show performance when he was the lead official when Forest played Bournemouth and he sent off Willy Boly for clearing the ball. As it was a second yellow it could not be appealed.

Like Pete says, he's being badly advised. He's young and we all did stupid things at his age and that's without being rich and in a foreign country. He needs telling and showing the pitfalls of being too impetuous, there are enough cautionary tale players out there to use as an example of how it can all go wrong quickly
Clubs should have a social worker type of employee who guides young players and helps keep them grounded.

It's a dreadful draw, probably the 5th worst available. This is how bad our draws have been that we are now not too disappointed with the 5th worst draw possible, lol

@@TheCurtisdavies there are 31 teams we could have drawn, home or away, that's 62 possibilities.
Arsenal are out, that leaves 8 teams above Chelsea (we're the other team) we could have drawn.
Chelsea have no Europe, nothing to play for in the league, the FA Cup will be a focus for them, I'd argue this makes that tie harder than Brighton and West Ham and potentially others who have many other competitions to focus on.
We have drawn 10 Sky6 clubs in the 3rd/4th round in the last 22 years, it's horrendous by law of averages. That's ignoring 2x 5th round draws Vs City.
