Congratulations on your new home being completed! You’ll have to do a tour for us. I’m 65 and my experience post menopause is regular exercise and watching what you eat is 90 percent. I’ve stopped drinking alcohol since December it surprised me how much better I feel and yes I lost 5 lbs in a month. The biggest diet tip is 16:8 intermittent fasting. If you eat sensibly along with this you will lose the weight. I know you do Tracy Anderson, so keep us posted on that. Personally I do best going to a studio, it’s been my habit since the 80s. Best wishes in your new home.
You are so right about dry cleaning, they tragically ruined some of my favorite pieces or lost them altogether! Never going back. One trick I learned from a friend who works in theater costume design is to have a mini spray bottle with straight vodka. Give areas that are starting to smell a bit ripe a little spritz and let dry. It works every time and I've never had any problems with fabrics or dye.
I agree about dry cleaning, I have had several things ruined, also in the past my items had a strong odor. I no longer send my things to the dry cleaners.
Great video Erin! I was able to find many stylish items at thrift stores during my weight loss journey without spending too much on my “transitional” wardrobe!
Hi Erin, I love your fashion tips as always, but I also appreciate your openness and honesty about body image. Personally, I find it refreshing to be able to hear someone be (reasonably) critical and have standards on how they want their body to look rather than portraying those things as anti-body positivity etc. At the end of the day, being comfortable in one's own skin--no matter what that means to each of us personally--is such an important part of enjoying fashion! 😎💙
Erin - I love your honesty about your menopause journey. I'm always trying to share what I've experienced too and hope it's helpful to others! You inspire me! xoxo
Ok - I know we're talking about fashion but..... Ohhhhh, new house! Can't wait to see it, please do a tour! And sticking with fashion, maybe a closet tour and how you organized it?
@@BusbeeStyle Oh, you know as soon as I saw that background of the video I popped over to the blog to see if there were any photos. That VIEW!!! I live in CO too, but my view from Littleton/HR isn't quite as good as yours! ;)
I don’t know if anyone has ever commented on this, but you have a beautiful voice! It is youthful, friendly and calming. Some times when a beautiful woman start talking, it does not match their image. Your image and voice are equally beautiful. 💗🌈
Very nice and relaxing video, thank you Erin 🙂 I live in Poland and saw email from you with picture from Przemyśl - I can confirm, it is amazing how people are helping Ukrainian, how we all throughout the world are united. I believe that love and goodness are much stronger than hate and evil 🙂
Your new studio is beautiful, Erin! I’m 54 and you’re so right about fat dispersing in new areas. My stomach seems to have its own zip code. Super fun! I’ve started intermittent fasting and doing 5000 steps videos on RUclips. Its helping. It’s extra challenging because I teach ESL online so it’s a lot of sitting. 😩
Great video! Totally agree with your view on dry cleaning. I stopped doing that years ago, too... Too many nice items were ruined, and money was wasted! Learned my lesson, so now I hand wash.
No dry cleaning for me either. For an odd smell, I like to spray the inside if my clothes with vodka. Especially, good for armpit odors. It's super gentle, effective, and dries odorless. Smells....gone.
Dawn. Baby shampoo and Shout work wonders. There is also a stain remover for red wine. I once saved a lovely pale grey sweater by using these products.
Hi - I’m a petite with a short waist / large bust who has recently lost 25 pounds with about 10 more to go, so thanks for your styling suggestions on how to deal with those things. A couple of other things based on my experience that others may find helpful: (1) if you’ve never done so (or have lost at least 10 pounds) consider getting a professional bra fitting at a specialty place (like Rigby & Peller) or Nordstrom. It makes a huge difference! Regarding weight loss, I have found that buying pants / jeans with stretch (for dress pants, bi-stretch or ponte knit are good) helps a lot. Knit tops work well, and I’ve found the Talbots Pima cotton tees with 3/4 sleeves to be super flattering and great quality. Regarding dry cleaning: I have also had a few bad experiences and agree that too much dry cleaning is hard on clothes, but I’ve found a couple of great dry cleaners I trust to handle special items. In Chicago: Davis Imperial is fantastic. In Denver: La Nouvelle. Both are expensive but worth it. Davis Imperial will do mail order cleaning. Not sure about La Nouvelle. Hope that helps.
Oh Erin you are more radiant than ever. Traveling and then completing the construction and furnishing of your new home has propelled you to,such a high level of serenity and devotion to your craft. Your relaxed accepting state in all of these scenarios portray grace and guidance that is so genuinely offered. Thank you for all the ways that you present these ideas. And yes thank you for the beautiful peak into your new studio....gorgeous. You must breathe in the mountain beauty from every angle. Congratulations, Erin!💎💎💎💎🦋🦋🦋🦋
Thank you so much Erin! Having a short torso, I have found mid-rise are my friend but some high rise jeans/slacks work with the right top. I love how you styled the boat neck top with a tank top! Another challenge for me is I have a spinal cord injury and complex regional pain syndrome that stemmed from the injury, so form fitting tops actually hurt my neck and shoulders. Its all good though, soft rayon is my friend😊😊😊. I love mixing dress pants with a t-shirt, jean jacket and nice jewels. Or casual jeans with a fancy top and fancy boots or heels, so fun!! You inspire me so much, thank you again!
Peri menopause here and dealing with the huge tummy AND chest. Plus the broad shoulders. Woah boy it took magic to strategically pull from the lists of tips 😂 ♥️
Thanks for the tips! My weight can fluctuate by 4/5 lbs sometimes, so if I find pants that I absolutely love, I just purchase them in 2 sizes!! You’re right - it’s really not necessary to do that with tops. BTW…I love you in that shade of yellow!😁
I'm so glad you don't dryclean! That is so down to earth that you clean your own garments. Great informative video! I would like to see how you organize your closet.
I appreciated your tips to bring feminine touches to an outfit. I have a short haircut, and I love short hair, but sometimes an outfit will need even more of a feminine touch for women with short hair. Could you address tips for short hairstyles, such as feminine touches, in another video? Thanks for all you do 👍
Thank you very much for all that you do! It means the world to me! I am 52 and going through 'the change' and I am petite and busty. I have learned so much watching you. You are thoughtful and kind in the way you teach us. I so appreciate it. Sending much ❤️
I have lost 30lbs but have another 30 to go. I tried everything on. Threw out things that made me look frumpy. Hit the resales for a few new pieces. I ordered a sub box from Trendsend to get some new pieces and took a few of my favorite pieces to a tailor to take in.
How exciting to move back to the state and in a new home. I'm a realtor and would love to see a home tour. I found the fact that you never go to the dry cleaner so interesting. I used to live in metro Atlanta and had a wonderful dry cleaner. Now I live in Hilton Head and there aren't such great dry cleaners here. I try not to buy dry clean only, however, you gave such great suggestions. I absolutely loved this video. Welcome home!
So glad you enjoyed this one and found it helpful, Rita! I will be doing most of my home content over on the blog. Our first home post is already live. Here is the link: busbeestyle.com/inside-erins-new-home/
The space looks huge and gorgeous Erin! 🙌 I personally would love to know more about the behind the scenes of your life as a powerful female in business. This might be a departure from the normal type of questions… But for example: were you recording like 4 videos a day during your last weeks in Spain? How often (if ever) do you do a no-makeup, glasses and sweatpants day? What does your ideal week look like? Also, more about how you got your start doing THIS, the best advice you’ve ever received, and what advice would you give yourself if you were just starting now? I just feel like you’re on top of your game but you have figured out your own rule book and that would be super cool to learn more about! Just ideas and pure curiosity over here!
You are So sweet, Kaitlyn! I have done a video sharing a bit about how I got started: ruclips.net/video/bZTQftmyKN4/видео.html, but it is a bit old. To answer your question, I try and film a few videos at a once so that I can free up time to work on the rest of my business. I dedicate some days to content creation and other days to "CEO tasks". On those days, I do a much simpler hair and makeup routine, but I do try and change out of my sweats each day. I just feel more productive when I make an effort in the morning. xo
So cool! I’ll watch this on my lunch break today. I’m trying to get better about filming reels and stuff on the same day when I’m loving my hair and makeup. I’d like to get into a more “batch” style routine like that! You are so inspiring!
Hi Erin, great tips, as always! I have always loved your content but I feel recently it has felt more powerful and really speaks to me. Fabulous, thank you!
Great advice! Thanks for being so open about your diet and exercise - one can get the wrong impression from some people online that keeping weight off is easy.
Thank you always excellent advice. Menopause sucks...I had a concave stomach all my life and now I gain 10 - 15 lbs for no reason. Trying to come to terms with my new body but it is a very hard thing to do. Take care
Terrific video! I'm 61 and fortunate enough to be able to go to Canyon Ranch in Tucson about once a year. Three years ago an Exercise Physiologist told me to start lifting heavy weights and build my muscles. He said let my muscles be my fat burning machines. I lift with a trainer 2x's a week for 45 minutes and it has worked wonders. I do other forms of exercise, but the weight training is key for me.
Hi Erin, I've used baby wipes to spot clean my clothes for years, its gentle enough for babys so good to use on all your clothes, they have even got out a coffee spill. X
It's all about a comfort for me. Just turned 54, in menopause for 4 years now - really trying to keep my weight down- it's hard! Love your advice and kindness for a women of all sizes ❤
I am 73 yrs old, 5'7" and slim. I don't look my age at all. I have tummy and back fat that I can not get rid of. Loved your tips. They were very helpful. Congrats on your new home. Welcome back.
Hi Erin, you always present with such empathy and genuine concern. Menopause is such a shock, it does seem like life just handed you a big no. Your tips are so thoughtful, Thank You, you are a Beautiful Soul.
Thank you for the great answers to the questions. I just wanted to send you a cyber hug and words of encouragement because I see how hard you are on yourself with respect to the body changes courtesy of menopause. I am a petite gal and struggled with the menopause body changes (I still am but I feel more in control now) and completely understand. Please know that your body will finally settle down and you will be back to your comfortable self. It sucks...no question about it but you are a successful role model for all of us and we are all here to encourage you to stay the course. It can be maddening - no doubt. I wish I had the answers to this but as you always say - we are all different and we know our bodies (but lately, don't recognize them!) A bright lady like yourself seems the type not to stop trying or researching anything until you see a result. I just wanted to send you my good wishes. All the best, Doreen
You are so sweet, Doreen. Thank you SO much for your kind words of encouragement and support. Truly means the world to me. It is such a tough battle to feel a bit lost in our own skin, but it's ladies like YOU in this community that provide so much joy! We're in this together...Thanks for watching! xo
So true about dry cleaning. I am done with them. You're totally correct. They ruin your clothes and I've noticed in most cases they don't do any dry cleaning at all. They just put that plastic over your garment and call it a day. Once my coat had just as much dust in it as when I took it for dry cleaning. I asked if you dry cleaned the coat then why is all that dust coming out of it when I pat it. The dry cleaners said I don't know 😕.
WOW!!! you are my kinda cleaning girl. I clean my clothes the same way ,I haven't taken my clothes to the dry cleaners in for ever, love ,love this video thank you ❤
I agree with you on dry cleaning. Years ago, I sent a Thierry Mugler suit to the cleaners and it came back totally ruined. Someone had probably put a gallon of cleaning fluid on the suit jacket and wherever the liquid fell, it burned through the material. I had a huge stain the size of the gallon container right in the middle of the jacket and a ton of splashes all over. The cleaner had the nerve to tell me I had stained it! the suit was a total loss!
Love, love, love these tips. I am the thick & short waisted, big boob girl and I have used your tip from another video on wearing a contrasting color top & pant & a blazer. Like black blazer, blue jean, light top to help define or at least show that there is a waist somewhere…and it helps a lot. The belt tips were awesome 🤩 thank you Erin, I will definitely check out the new capsule wardrobe. ❤️
Thank you. Thank you for saying this about menopause. Since I hit it, even when I weigh my “good weight” I still have the belly bulge and back fat coming out of my bra back. But, I still work at it. I’m currently doing IF, 18/6 because I’m able to eat a substantial dinner and not feel deprived.
I work in HR as a Staff Recruiter in Talent Acquisition in higher education. And although a college setting is pretty much a laid back environment, HR is usually considered the corporate arm of the university so we have to dress the part 🙂.
Try using an old silk scarf to scrub on shmutz that gets on the outside of your blazer. It's low friction, so it doesn't hurt the cloth and it works great! It has to be silk though, other materials don't work as well.
Oh my! You moved into your new home already?! Home tour pls!!! I still remember requesting a home tour at Texas few years ago…….. wow this time more exciting!!!
Yes…we are so excited. We will be doing most of our home content on the blog. Here is a link to the first post on my new home: busbeestyle.com/inside-erins-new-home/
I’ve taken high end items to my dry cleaners several times, but it is a private/family owned shop and the items are insured while in their care. I wouldn’t take items just anywhere, though, I agree.
Cleaners ruined a vintage, suede Gucci jacket I had years ago. They even cut all the enameled brass buttons off and claimed they got ‘ruined in the cleaning process’. I haven’t been to a dry cleaner since. The Laundress line is amazing and much gentler on fine clothes. If it gets ruined, I want to ruin it.
Oh yes, I remember sending a gorgeous off white suit to be dry cleaned, and it came back greige! ! I’m very particular since then of what I dry clean (very little and only rarely) and more importantly, who I trust with my clothes. I totally agree with doing as much as possible myself at home.
The Wacoal strapless bra works great for me! My rib cage rotates out on the right side, so it’s hard to find a strapless that stays put without feeling like I’m being squeezed too tightly. I really like it!
Welcome home Erin. You look fab girl You look younger. The color of the sweater or the hairstyle or the makeup I don't know . I'm just so glad you finally get to be in your brand new home; was a bit of a wait yet know you had a great time waiting for it. Thanks again Erin for sharing your experience of Spain ;it brought back so many great memories.
So please to see someone who likes to take care of their own beautiful clothes. Like you I like to do my own especially after having had an angora long hair sweater shaved or burned ;don't know what happened but it's beautiful hair was not anymore .
Bissel cleaning solution for carpets work wonderful on almost all stains (except oily) I carry it on a small pulverizing bottle. I’ a coffee stain everything 😊 spray sand dry
Really appreciate you and your team, such great content catered to mature women who haven’t given up! Lol! I feel right at home. ♥️ Oh, and your “She-shed” looks amazing. Love the floors! 🥰
I loved this and your relaxing tone. I took your suggestion a few videos back and I’ve been snapping pictures of myself in outfits and my backside… GAME CHANGER. The tip you gave about adding a little camisole under a shirt or dress has really helped too. Covering the cleavage and undoing a few buttons can really be slimming. Thank you Erin. You are the best XOXO
Hi Erin, I am curious to know if living abroad in a different country has inspired/ influenced you to change some elements of your style that you have adopted and planning to maintain while back in the US?
Love these videos Erin! Your tips are fabulous. Btw, I know allll about menopause belly. I let myself gain weight a couple years ago because of it and last July I said NO MORE. I went keto and lost 23 pounds in about 5 months. I lost 10 lbs more than my goal weight so I'm extremely happy now. Had to buy an entire new wardrobe which didn't suck but now trying to find clothes to fit my small body is a little challenging. I'm sold on this wonderful new way of eating, its so easy!!
Loved this! Grabbed a couple of Mango blazers! I have a pretty long torso so I’m looking forward to the longer tailored look! You’re the best stylist. Thank you Erin💕
I don't dry clean either! I do the same things as you. I feel totally confident in cleaning my own clothing labeled dry clean only, even if I find I have to submerse the entire garment in soapy water. I just don't trust dry cleaners - both in the equipment and chemicals they use. My brother had his suit ruined by a dry cleaner. It was left with heat swirl marks all over it. It was the suit he wore to my wedding and he had no choice but to wear it as is since he picked it up from the dry cleaners the day of the wedding.
I keep trying to do denim jacket with jeans....I just can't seem to get it right. So I have a white denim jacket...that looks good with everything 😁 Love your new studio! Wow-wee!!
I have a fantastic denim jacket I bought over 20 years ago at Nordstrom. It was 100 on sale, 20 years ago. I love it because it has a faux mink collar that snaps in and out. It was worth every penny!
I love your videos. I feel like you're my fashionable aunt who gives me advice! I mean that in a good way haha I'm in my 30s but I'm shifting towards a better wardrobe now!
I have always have the fat accumulated on my belly, now in pre menopause is even worse. The worse thing you can do is reduce calories and cardio exercise. If you want fell great and keep your fat in check start to work in your food and start lifting weights 💪🏼. I am 46 and feel greater than when I was 36
Unfortunately this top is no longer available...I purchased it a few years back. Here is the link in case you want to take a closer look: go.magik.ly/ml/1g5og/
Great video, Erin! I'm 5'4'' size 5/6 with 30 H boobs and a small waist and definitely the best silhouette for that is a fitted sheath dress (think Doris Day movies). It's not as tight as body-con but it's a fabric that doesn't cling and stretch but gives amazing shape. Smock tops are the main definite 'no' for me, along with jackets and coats that are only tie waist (without buttons or tailoring) Sometimes it's best not to sinch the waist too tight, especially if there's extra material bunching up either side of the belt x
Hello I’m loving your lady lounge!! I have two questions for you…. 1. If I want to wear my regular belt as a hipster belt, what can I do about the extra strap that hangs to the side? If the sweater I’m wearing has no belt loop. 2. What can I wear in the hot summer to cover my stomach when it’s too hot for a blazer, jacket or sweater?! Thanks so much!!
Hi Janet- Thank you! You can use double sided fashion tape to keep the tail down or you can use a hair tie. I show you how in this video: ruclips.net/video/j8jNnJ6oNLE/видео.html The summer can be tricky when it is too hot for a traditional third layer...look for a light weight cardigan style sweater made from a natural breathable material like linen. xo
Would love to see an updated What I Eat In A Day from you! Have been needing to find a good strapless bra also. I will check out your suggestions! Thank you! ❤
Yes I feel the same with dry cleaning. Once the dry cleaner ironed my silk shirt! I couldn't believe it, completely ruined. Literally iron marks all over it..

You're SO welcome! I appreciate you sharing this with me! xo
Great advice! Thanks for being so open about your diet and exercise - one can get the wrong impression from some people online that keeping weight off is easy.
It is certainly not easy! xo
Hi Erin I just this week found your videos you’re like God sent to me I will be 67 on June 15 ,you are great teacher god bless you 💐😘
Well done! Straight to the points. Intuitively have been following those same rules. Tks.
Thank you, Maria! xo
Thank you always excellent advice. Menopause sucks...I had a concave stomach all my life and now I gain 10 - 15 lbs for no reason. Trying to come to terms with my new body but it is a very hard thing to do. Take care
You're SO welcome! You got this! xo
Thank you! That’s fantastic. Weight training is so important! xo
Hi Erin,
I've used baby wipes to spot clean my clothes for years, its gentle enough for babys so good to use on all your clothes, they have even got out a coffee spill. X
It's all about a comfort for me. Just turned 54, in menopause for 4 years now - really trying to keep my weight down- it's hard! Love your advice and kindness for a women of all sizes ❤
Thank you, Lidija! xo
Love your videos. Wanted to clarify that the measurement from waist to crotch is the RISE. The INSEAM is the measurement from the crotch to the hem.
Yes...I had corrected that with a note on the screen...not sure why I had the word "inseam" on the brain. Thanks for understanding!
I am 73 yrs old, 5'7" and slim. I don't look my age at all. I have tummy and back fat that I can not get rid of. Loved your tips. They were very helpful. Congrats on your new home. Welcome back.
Thank you SO much! xo
@@BusbeeStyle You're welcome.
Hi Erin, you always present with such empathy and genuine concern. Menopause is such a shock, it does seem like life just handed you a big no. Your tips are so thoughtful, Thank You, you are a Beautiful Soul.
You are so sweet! Thank you for your kind comment! xo
Great tips Erin! Congrats on the new home/studio. Looks wonderful!
Thank you SO much, Sarah! xo
We're in this together...Thanks for watching! xo
Thank you Erin! I love the new studio! Amazing!
Thank you so much, Rigleia!
I clean my clothes the same way ,I haven't taken my clothes to the dry cleaners in for ever, love ,love this video thank you ❤
The new home! How exciting!
Thank you SO much! xo
That's awful. Gail! I'm so sorry! xo
Love that...so glad it helped! Here is the link for the capsule wardrobe: busbeestyle.com/summer-capsule-wardrobe/
Thanks so much for sharing! xo
Thanks for the tips! And wow, your make-up looks amazing in this video! I think this look is my favorite on you!
You are SO sweet! Thank you! xo
I work in HR as a Staff Recruiter in Talent Acquisition in higher education. And although a college setting is pretty much a laid back environment, HR is usually considered the corporate arm of the university so we have to dress the part 🙂.
I put pretty pins on my denim jackets
Try using an old silk scarf to scrub on shmutz that gets on the outside of your blazer. It's low friction, so it doesn't hurt the cloth and it works great! It has to be silk though, other materials don't work as well.
Great tip...thanks for sharing, Juli! xo
Great video, too! Thank you!
Thanks so much for sharing! That makes sense! xo
Erin, yellow can be a difficult to wear but you are killing it gorgeous!
Thank you SO much, JoAnne! xo
This was an AMAZING VIDEO!!
Hi Erin! You are adorable and SO knowledgeable!
I learn so much from you! Thank you for all your hard work!
You are SO sweet, Tina! Glad this was helpful! xo
Oh no…I’m so sorry, Tracy! Love the Laundress line! xo
Oh yes, I remember sending a gorgeous off white suit to be dry cleaned, and it came back greige! ! I’m very particular since then of what I dry clean (very little and only rarely) and more importantly, who I trust with my clothes. I totally agree with doing as much as possible myself at home.
" If it gets ruined, I want to ruin it." Words to live by.
The Wacoal strapless bra works great for me! My rib cage rotates out on the right side, so it’s hard to find a strapless that stays put without feeling like I’m being squeezed too tightly. I really like it!
That's great, Renee! Thanks for sharing! xo
Thank you SO much, Karla! You are so sweet! We are excited to be getting settled again! xo
You are SO sweet, Gretchen, Thanks for the encouraging words! We love bringing content to women like you! xo
Love that Herringbone floor!
Thank you! I’m loving it too! xo
Yay…so glad you have found my tips so helpful!! I love hearing that! xo
Gosh you are a joy to watch, your frankness, and stye tips are always always on target! Thank you
Thank you SO much, Becky! That is so kind of you to say! xo
Hi Erin, I am curious to know if living abroad in a different country has inspired/ influenced you to change some elements of your style that you have adopted and planning to maintain while back in the US?
Without a doubt! You will see that influence in my spring/summer content! xo
That's wonderful, Ronda! Great job! Thanks so much for sharing! xo
I’m so grateful for you. Thank you!
You are so sweet! Thank you, Susan! xo
Love our chats! That is what is feels like to me. ¡Abrazos fuertes! 💗
So sweet, Delia! xo
Loved this! Grabbed a couple of Mango blazers! I have a pretty long torso so I’m looking forward to the longer tailored look! You’re the best stylist. Thank you Erin💕
Yay…I love their blazers! Enjoy them. So glad you enjoyed this one!! xo
Oh no! That's awful! I agree...easy enough to care for garments at home! xo
I just love your style tips. You are just so pretty. Thank you Erin!
Thank you SO much! xo
I keep trying to do denim jacket with jeans....I just can't seem to get it right. So I have a white denim jacket...that looks good with everything 😁 Love your new studio! Wow-wee!!
Thank you, Jennifer! White denim jackets are great options too! Don’t be afraid to mix blue denims! xo
I agree with you. The dry cleaners lost 5 of my shirts.
Oh no! That would be more than enough to stop going...Thanks for watching! xo
Love the new studio! It gorgeous. Also. Great tips in your answers to questions
Thank you SO much, Juleanne! xo
I have a fantastic denim jacket I bought over 20 years ago at Nordstrom. It was 100 on sale, 20 years ago. I love it because it has a faux mink collar that snaps in and out. It was worth every penny!
Love that, Janet! xo
Fabulous vlog. Thank you. I have to watch part 1.
Thank you SO much, Nanette! Here is the link to part #1: ruclips.net/video/4frF-ysSBHA/видео.html
Hello Sunshine🤩Thanks For the Smart Tips🥰
You are SO welcome! xo
I love your videos. I feel like you're my fashionable aunt who gives me advice! I mean that in a good way haha I'm in my 30s but I'm shifting towards a better wardrobe now!
You are SO sweet, Anna! xo

Hi Erin, loving your new studio (she shed) 🤣 thanks for all your awesome tips and tricks🖐
Thank you, Tricia! xo
Great advice. Struggling with the tummy now ugh, very helpful ideas.
Glad it was helpful, Donna! xo
I have always have the fat accumulated on my belly, now in pre menopause is even worse. The worse thing you can do is reduce calories and cardio exercise. If you want fell great and keep your fat in check start to work in your food and start lifting weights 💪🏼. I am 46 and feel greater than when I was 36
Thanks so much for sharing, Fabiana! xo
You just sent me good vibes , I needed it, thank you 😊🙏🌷
You’re so welcome!! xo
The white v neck rushed blouse is perfect. Where did you get that please? The fabric looks fabulous. At 11:19 in your video.
Unfortunately this top is no longer available...I purchased it a few years back. Here is the link in case you want to take a closer look: go.magik.ly/ml/1g5og/
@@BusbeeStyle thanks 😊
Great video, Erin! I'm 5'4'' size 5/6 with 30 H boobs and a small waist and definitely the best silhouette for that is a fitted sheath dress (think Doris Day movies). It's not as tight as body-con but it's a fabric that doesn't cling and stretch but gives amazing shape. Smock tops are the main definite 'no' for me, along with jackets and coats that are only tie waist (without buttons or tailoring) Sometimes it's best not to sinch the waist too tight, especially if there's extra material bunching up either side of the belt x
Very well done. Many thanks.
Thank you, Catherine! xo
I'm with you with dry cleaning. Give everything a good steam. Hand wash too.
Exactly, Karen! xo
thank you for you amazing tip ideas , I love .
You’re SO welcome, Elizabeth!! xo
I show you how in this video: ruclips.net/video/j8jNnJ6oNLE/видео.html
The summer can be tricky when it is too hot for a traditional third layer...look for a light weight cardigan style sweater made from a natural breathable material like linen. xo
I just appreciate you. Thank you. ☺️
You're SO welcome! xo
Oh my Erin me too, as I am 50 n such changes w/ my body, uhg! Thank u for all of your tips! 😊❤️🎁💕⭐️
You are so welcome, Susan! xo
Would love to see an updated What I Eat In A Day from you! Have been needing to find a good strapless bra also. I will check out your suggestions! Thank you! ❤
I'll see what I can do, Janice! Give the Wacoal one a try...a lot of women have found success with that one! xo
always looking forward to your videos> love love love it))
That’s so sweet of you to say! xo
Yes I feel the same with dry cleaning. Once the dry cleaner ironed my silk shirt! I couldn't believe it, completely ruined. Literally iron marks all over it..
Oh no, Amanda! I'm so sorry! xo
