I did a video with the best free FX VSTs of the year, check it out ruclips.net/video/wqbDhomN8eU/видео.html (some of these midi's will be in an upcoming kit btw, a few others are other peoples joints though)
Is there something like a "Wall of Sound" plugin? "Wall of Sound" was invented by Phil Spector. Bands like the Beach Boys and the Beatles were using it. The first band that ran solely with "Wall of Sound" was The Ronettes.
@@carljohnson4710 I thought the exact same thing 🤯 2015 was a very memorable year for me - and life feels like it's just slipped away from me since. Can't belie almost 10 years has gone by euugghh 😣
Thank you for The Free Orchestra, man. I've never seen anything this magnificent before. I have been enjoying this beauty for the last three hours. There are very few VSTs this cleverly constructed. Endless thanks to those who contributed here. ProjectSam's paid libraries are also an answer to other manufacturers. I plan to purchase all of their libraries as long as they maintain their affordable pricing policies. Maybe it may be a little more discounted in countries with high exchange rates. Greetings from Turkey.
One plugin I don't see very many people mentioning in these kinds of videos is SurgeXT. It's a really and robust analogue synth with lots of well made presets from a bunch of diffrent sound designers. Amazing for sound design as well. I use it for a ton of different sounds.
Tbh I've not used another synth since i got Vital years ago. It literally does everything. Once you know how synthesis works overall, you can get anything out of that plug.
Always. Sound selection is real important and if anybody has been watching me and hasn’t been exposed to these options, I wanna make sure they find out. I make stock plug-in videos but I want ppl to know you can get free , quality VSTs outside stock plugins
Thank you so much for this! Already downloading the Free Orchestra and the BBC, wow, plenty of stuff to play with, amazing quality aaah! How is this even free?
@@MelloDeeBeats they are an eq and a compressor, both free (I know there is a paid version of the kotelnikov with some advanced features) and very high quality
Hello, I have Ableton 11. What’s the best software VST plug in to make EDM and Hip-Hop beats? Would you recommend Omnisphere or Analog Lab? Or something else?
You can't lose with Omnisphere, it has so many instruments and such a wide variety that you can do almost anything with it. If you're starting out, I'd recommend xpand instead first because it gives you a wide variety of instruments as well, I use it on the channel. Analog lab is incredible for synths, kinda lacking when it comes to real instruments. UVI products or Kontakt (mainly Kontakt) are great options when it comes to getting high quality realistic instruments. UVI has the world suite but Kontakt had ethnos world, Balkan ethnic orchestra and countless other extremely high quality, good instrument banks. If there was one to 3 FX plugins I'd tell you to get, those are 1. RC-20 2. Half time (it's only $12) 3. A good reverb, I use Valhalla but FL has got some equivalent joints recently, idk if Ableton does Outside of those, you can experiment, you can buy whatever. All that being said, I want to note that sounds Selection is important but 1. You can find an abundance of high quality sounds for free 2. It's more about the user than the sounds so make sure you're more skills focused that purchase focused. You don't NEED more than a couple of these. And last, these are all personal recommendations based on my preference. Good luck with it and be sure to check out my tutorial playlists

Vital is number 1 and Surge XT is number 2, my desert island plugins.
It eats too much RAM.
They need to make the filters sound better when you have stuff like pigments you can hear a huge Sonic difference in the filters
Surge is the shit. I dont get vital synth that easily so its just useless plugin for now, but surge is like exploring new map everytime you open it.
Tbh I've not used another synth since i got Vital years ago. It literally does everything. Once you know how synthesis works overall, you can get anything out of that plug.
