Johnny is a legend, he is one the most powerful non-magic humans in that universe, thinks it's his duty to date every woman in the planet (except his adopted daughters) , has trained the aforementioned daughters to become sky pirates, and as the song implies, he has never failed in his life as a swordsman.

The entire song is about Johnny, and how he is him. No joke. This guy is HIM.
When Johnny was a child the only person in his life that he had was his father, but when he was 13 his dad was killed by a Gear. Luckily he was able to be strong enough by himself to be able to stand on his own, but he realized one day that not everyone has the strength to do that, and that's when he started the Jellyfish Pirates. Every member of the Jellyfish Pirates is an orphaned girl who Johnny found and adopted, and they're his whole world he loves them so much. Each of them are named for a month of the year. Other than that Johnny is just generally a big ladies man. If he's not adopting them she's probably flirting with them lol. He may come on a bit strong sometimes but he definently deeply respects women, and might even dislike most other men. Not many non-women have been let aboard the May Ship with his permission, off the top of my head it's just Faust and Testament. But he's just a rly good guy and goddamn is he cool lmao.

The song very much feels like a folk one, telling the exploits of some semi-legendary local figure, who achieved some prowesses for sure, but those prowesses have been exaggerated over time and over multiple retellings of his story. Hence Johnny being presented by the song as this figure who never fails, who's hated by the God of Failure, and envied by the Goddess of Fate.
