If you prefer instrumentals than listen to the older tracks from the previous games. Strive was the first game to give every character themes with lyrics. Copy and paste "Holy Orders (Be Just or Be Dead) (Live Audio)" into youtube search bar, this is best version of the #1 most defining song in the series. Jack-a-Dandy, Original Bet, and Bao Bable nose are some of my personal favorite instrumentals.

Hellyea, you caught the blah blah blah. Life is a maze woven with words, and that maze is a mess of blah blah blahs. Life can be nonsense. You'd expect fancier words like from earlier in the song, but nah. Life ain't that nice.

  • @henbit3568

If you need an older GG song recommendation, "Still in the Dark." I'm sure you've already gotten recs for "Holy Orders."

  • @sonicboomers122

Say you are not ready for metal queen on Guilty Gear Track is hilarious. I am sure someone already told the MC of Guilty Gear name is Fredrick

  • @witchfinder79

if you want a good instrumental song from guilty gear, one that people dont often mention because its from a guilty gear game thats not a fighting game, is ”diva” from guilty gear overture. theres parts of this song in other character themes too because of lore reasons and stuff lol

  • @thisisathingnow5569

"Blah blah blah blah" represents how the character hears those around her.

  • @hentacletentai2160

If you want to do the older Guilty Gear games for no lyrics then consider Blazblue too. It was their flagship title when they lost the license to Guilty Gear, so they made Blazblue and Daisuke wrote the music for it.

  • @divinearcher4921

If you don't like the singing, you can also check out Blazblue Centralfiction ost. It is also a fighting game, and the ost is done by the same composer, and it is also metall as hell. It is as creative and badass as a guilty gear osts, and sometimes the riffs are even sicker

  • @thelastrob7877

I wish they would release the instrumentals because they do exist somewhere out there. A bunch of the original character trailers used the instrumental versions of the songs, but they just never dropped when the game came out lol

  • @tomsthefish2002

The lyrics definently only make a ton of sense if you know the lore, but if you know then you KNOW. Naoki is one of my favorite vocalists, he's so extremely talented and seriously a chameleon when it comes to style. I know vocals aren't what you're listening for but my favorite example of his variety is in the track Requiem. It's actually hard to believe it's him in that song at some points. The instrumentation is also top tier on that track of course, it contains probably the wildest guitar solo in the series, fitting since it's about a character who wields a guitar. That's my recommendation for today I think o7

  • @FalseHerald

Something I don't think anyone has mentioned - the "I'm not here to fit in this world" sections borrow a lot musically from Pink Floyd's The Wall. "We don't need no education" etc.

  • @nahuel3433

My view of the "woven with words" followed by the "blah blah blah"

  • @filipearaujo9981

If you don't like the singing you can try Disaster of Passion, or Extras since they are sung by different people

  • @carrotman7354

Oh you don’t like the lyrics? Time to recommend extras!!

  • @HSF_Akira

I think it's understandable that you don't like the way the songs are sung. Even if you like Naoki Hashimoto's singing, it is very obvious that English is not his first language. Also, the lyrics and the way he sings are very "experimental", strange in general.

  • @mementomori9782

    Try gg isuka ost
