So now you realize magic is all about misdirection! In this case the calculator is the "misdirection". You think you are looking at a calculator. It's "BS" as you say. Flutter is the same way. It's all misdirection. You think you are getting an app creation tool but it's Google's way of gathering more of your personal information. It's "BS"! Love your videos. Keep up the good work. Please excuse my sarcasm above.
TSG no, that’s not misdirection. It’s a simulation. This is a common misunderstanding- misdirection is the act of directing someone’s attention *away* from the sneaky thing by doing something else. This app, however, is just a mask, a cover up for the sneaky shit. It’s not directing the attention away from the hidden stuff, it’s instead pretending to be something else- it’s a simulation.
on iPhones, you can just enter the number into the calculator and do +0X and then multiply all the questions asked. When you press equals it should give the pre-entered number.
1x2 = 2 2x3 = 6 6x4 = 24 24x5 = 120 120x6 = 720 720x7 = 5140 5140x8 = 41120 41120x9 = 406080 (?) 406080x0 = 0 Idk if my calculations are right though, I did this half asleep and in my head. Took me 4 minutes.
I completely agree with him that flutter is preposterously difficult to install and I wonder how they even have millions of users if they didn’t blow up with anger.
It's actually surprising how many people don't realize how easy it can be to learn to program with a bit of time and effort. I, and a bunch of friends of mine, learned as simply as RUclips tutorials, and googling questions until I understood the basics. Once I was there, it was just telling the computer to do EXACTLY what I want it to do. So many friends have asked me to teach them to program, and my answer to the first time they ask is always to check online tutorials XD.

Great work coding your app anyway,I'm also a programmer and fan of your work! :)
_Sigh_
8:50 "this makes no sense" - welcome to programming
on iPhones, you can just enter the number into the calculator and do +0X and then multiply all the questions asked. When you press equals it should give the pre-entered number.
My dad: what's 1×2×3×4×5×6×7×8×9
Me: *INTENSE CALCULATING*
My dad: ×0
Me: *MILD FRUSTRATION*
1x2 = 2
2x3 = 6
6x4 = 24
24x5 = 120
120x6 = 720
720x7 = 5140
5140x8 = 41120
41120x9 = 406080 (?)
406080x0 = 0
Idk if my calculations are right though, I did this half asleep and in my head. Took me 4 minutes.
Picture my random comment in between a bunch of comments saying “I changed nothing and now it works, this makes no sense”
Done.
I love that you created a large cutout model of your phone app. 😁
Interviewer: What are your talents Mike?
Mike: Yes.
I completely agree with him that flutter is preposterously difficult to install and I wonder how they even have millions of users if they didn’t blow up with anger.
?? Odds are you're on a Mac. I teach workshops on Flutter. All my Windows and Linux students have no issue, but Mac is always a major pain.
Can confirm Mike, your brother is teaching me Physics this coming year. Hyped 😄
Mike- this app is useful
Also mike- I made this stupidly simple app of no point of use
Me: Doesnt do anything productive in quarantine.
Mike: So i learned to code my own app.
Almost 4 years later, almost for the app to say yes
FEBRUARY 29!!!!
"I'll debug it on Feb 29th 2024" - Ahh see us programmers would just change the date on the phone haha, so do that and test it!
Programming be like:
There is some coding in that debugging
Flavio Gjoni
Programming in a nutshell
10% Coding
90% Debugging
I am a programmer and this is 100% true XD
if debugging didn't exist programmers would live in peace
10:20 literally me printing these kind of messages while debugging .
this is akin to me printing "not broken yet" every time i debug something
I also make funny debug messages
8:48 WELCOME TO OUR WORLD MIKE
Mike: types "How to get date flutter"
Google: Auto completes "How to get" to "How to get free robux"
LOLOL
I WAS LITERALLY FINDING A COMMENT LIKE This, lol
I love how Mike designs and maximizes as many paying Corp sponsors into his monthly videos now as possible to maximize revenue generation. Very clever. Cha Ching$!
@_ David _ lol 😂 people like are spoiled. You expect to get everything free despite the fact that it takes time to make these videos. Never mind the fact that he has to pay for internet, power to his house just so you can watch it for free and you are complaining about the ads he uses to pay for his bills in order to provide you with free content 😂😂😂 ridiculous. Try being a content creator CONSISTENTLY for 1 year straight let's see how you pay for your time or the equipment you use to make them. That's assuming you actually put effort into making them 😂.
Pranked my parents with this... their reactions were funny. Thanks for sharing this.
"I changed nothing there and now it works. This makes no sense"
-Every programmer that ever existed 😂😂😂
