breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth when you are doing what you're doing at 6:55. getting into a meditative trance when u ascend can be very helpful and will increase your perseverance. i love your videos! you can do anything. much love and respect from western canada!
this guy takes "trying something new" to a god tier level
This guy is the definition of determination.
I can not wait until Mike has a kid named Mike Boyd Jr. who try to learn everything Mike Sr. has.
Love the video, I love seeing bikers realizing they can't out pedal a hill or in this case stairs. Every buddy of mine that starts biking always think they can out pedal hills, it is hysterical !
Mike should learn to draw a perfect circle on a chalkboard
He did
*Mike:* “Time to learn a new bike trick!”
*Bike:* _“Aww man, here we go again!”_
Why did you change shit to man?
Hi mike I love your vids and especially the bike ones
Seeing this guy so motivated makes me motivated. Im now learning to manual a bike and everyone makes fun of me or laughs at me bc im fairly bad at it, guarantee i would give up bc of them if not for watching you mike , thanks man
Here's and idea for you: learn how to do a handstand
@Multorum Unum i actually can do that when im around 3-4 years old cause i watch a lot of break dancer but now i cant do it anymore

Will Hall, I thought he just learned to heel flip because tony hawk told him to
This guy doesn't upload so often, but when he does his videos are such a treat
I got inspired to ride my bike down the stairs and underestimated how weak my seat was. Next time I'll upgrade the seat before I accidentally bend my seatpost in half.
Everyone actually asking him to do the back flip:
YUP, IGNORED.
8:02 is to keep further back stands up while peddling.
1:04 I really wanted to hear him say “speed is key!”

Oh God. I used to do sprints up those stairs every week I was at Uni. That last set of stairs always caught me out because of the extra steps! ...Cant imagine what it would have felt like doing it on a bike.
Next bike thing to learn: Switzerland squeaker. Google it.

not everyone has a full suspension bike for commuting
I can do it on my 1998 univega that's fully rigid
You don’t need a full suspension bike to ride up stairs... it’s the rider not the bike
@@Bryan-kl5rr say the same with a fixie 😂
Hardtails are better for traction while climbing anyways.
Orppranator I don’t think they are better for traction not that you can’t do it with a hard tail but a full sus might be easier
I love watching the people in the background of these videos. They always have great reactions
I figured it out the reason mike is so good at learning skills... he grunts like every 2 seconds
People in a wheelchair: I can’t get upstairs because my legs aren’t working, NAH I’ll use a bike

Simply unlearn anything you've learned.
