Very relatable, previously all I could life for was to help and please other people, and when they would leave my life it was like my life left me too. And even before that as a kid I only lived for movies and holidays to look forward too, and the day after those events I would always fall into a deep depression. And I have slowly come to realize I needed to live for myself and myself alone to be happy

Girl, I just started studying this stuff in a group called CODA and you are hitting EVERY SINGLE NAIL ON THE HEAD!! I’m gonna use this in one of our meetings one day. You really narrowed this down. In December of 2022 I thought I loved mused until I couldn’t look in the mirror and tell myself that I truly love myself for all my flaws and good things.
