It is so different but to be honest, it was not a huge culture shock. I have lived in Morocco and Egypt and while they are different from Ethiopia, it meant that I am used to many things 🤗💛
Dear Lady..I lived 25 years in the west ..Ethiopia has sth that cameras or ignorant people can not sense. It gives some soal level pleasure to me walking in Ethiopia's muddy road than any fancy places in the world. Maybe it's a mistake the west got rid of their mud😅

Dear Ruby, I've traveled to many countries myself and have watched so many travel vloggers on RUclips for years. I've found that the best ones are those who remain authentic and vlog their own interests and experiences and not just what people want to see. Even the great Anthony Bourdain🕊️ wasn't above visiting the slums and eating from street vendors. Sure, watching fine dining and fancier parts of town can be pleasing to an audience, but that may not be authentic to your personal experience. My advice: people will always have something to criticize, so don't mind them and just do what makes you happy. 🥰
