"Enibla" literally means "let's eat together" or "join us." If you choose not to join, you can reply with "yetebareke yihun," meaning "let the food be blessed." It beautifully expresses both togetherness and gratitude!

@11:11 the "bon appetite" version of Ethiopian expression in Amharic is "Yetebarek Yihun❤🙏" = "የተባረከ ይሁን❤🙏" It's like politely saying "no, am full now/good" when someone or group of people invites you to enjoy sharing the meal with them. This expression goes with all graceful n thankful gesture to say "Am good, may God bless your meal"

@abdishakurabdi1844 that song you heard at the coffee ceremony is a religious song from Ethiopian Orthodox church. I am not sure the title of it. Its common thou to hear such melodies in most of commercial places in addis and in fact accross other cities as well. start the day praysing the almighty God, and with Coffee.

Dear Ruby, I've traveled to many countries myself and have watched so many travel vloggers on RUclips for years. I've found that the best ones are those who remain authentic and vlog their own interests and experiences and not just what people want to see.
Even the great Anthony Bourdain🕊️ wasn't above visiting the slums and eating from street vendors. Sure, watching fine dining and fancier parts of town can be pleasing to an audience, but that may not be authentic to your personal experience. My advice: people will always have something to criticize, so don't mind them and just do what makes you happy. 🥰
