Challah Bread Loaf Recipe - The BEST and so easy!

This Challah Bread Recipe makes delicious and easy to slice Challah loaves that are perfect for amazing french toast and the best grilled cheese and sandwiches! One recipe makes two loaves - so we always freeze one to make sure we don't ever run out. You won't believe how simple it is to have homemade Challah Bread on hand at all times. We have tried so many different Challah recipes and methods and this is by far our favorite!
Ingredients
13 g Active Yeast (1 1/2 tbsp)
275 g lukewarm Water (1 1/4 cups)
140 g + 1/2 tsp Sugar (1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp)
9 g Salt (1/2 tbsp)
45 g Neutral Oil (1/4 cup)
2 eggs
600 g Bread Flour (4 1/2 - 5 cups)
