I have the arc angel OWB for my G19 and LOVE it. Just ordered an IWB for the G19 and a different OWB for my 1911. Versa carry holsters are very well made and once broken in they are heaven sent.
Look pretty comfy. Having leather on one side and kydex on the other is genius
I never heard of these holsters before. Thanks for introducing us to new companies man
They're not new.
Just new to you.😁
They've been around for years.
Sootchoo i have two of the OTW holsters and a wonderful belt. Had them for over a year.
Miss Heather in customer service was very helpful when I had questions. Great company

You can't beat Versacarry for the price. I have 4 now for different uses & wearing a IWB/OWB model now with a Ruger Security 9 Compact in it IWB & it's very comfortable. I have worn it with 4 different semi-autos & 2 Snubbie revolvers models at different times with zero issues. Top notch product.
God Bless Sootch and Family 🇺🇲
Versacarry is awesome and well made.i wear the belt daily, best belt I have ever bought.
I will and plan on buying from them again.
I've been avoiding Versacarry for years because they were making (imo) cheap "universal" holsters and I prefer a holster built specifically for my firearm. Good to see they are now doing custom kydex holsters, thanks for the review!
I use the leather kydex combo holster and their belt daily and I love it.
my OTW versa carry leather holster has the mag pouch attached. The Active Self Protection guy mentioned he did not like them stating you should buy holsters made specifically for your gun. One of his reasons was , he thought the trigger should be protected. On mine the trigger is protected. Another reason was because, re holstering is a problem. I guess if I need to draw my firearm, putting it back in the holster is a non factor. I appreciate the attached mag pouch, otherwise I probably would not carry the extra mag..I liked the idea so much I added a mag pouch to my Sticky holster.
AIWB is my preferred carry. Live in the sunny warm south so the foam backing sounds like the way to go. Thanks for introducing my to a nice USA product
As always, Mr. Porter does a very good review! Thank you, Sir!
I really like the comfort foam backing on these
I have 4 holsters from them, all leather holters and I love them, grate quality!
Dollar wise you can't beat the quality / craftsmanship of these holsters. I don't normally carry OWB... and I'm not a huge fan of leather.. but I bought an Arch Angel Package... Holster, belt and mag pouch. One of the things I like about the holster is the universal type sizing. I can use this rig for 4 different pistols. When I first got the rig I was concerned because the brown on the holster was so dark that there was little difference in the shade from brown to black.... I emailed their customer service which is awesome.... I was told that wearing and using the holster would begin to distress the brown and lighten it a little.... Been using the holster for almost 3 months now and they were spot on!!!
I love their Belts.
I have 3 VersaCarry holsters, I love them.
As always great overview! Appreciate your honest review’s!
Thanks for another great review. Cheers from Texas.
Bought one today. Size 1 fits p22 to p99. PD380-Glock 22.
Going to have to get a new holster for my Shield, may check them out
Lytton Custom in Utah.
The guy is a kydex wizard 🇺🇲👊
Like their holsters and live in Bryan Texas a great company with great service and values
I have two on the waistband leather versacarry's REV201 for my Ruger revolvers, I think they are the best as the fit the guns very well, cost effective, mold to body form and they are not ugly. The only alteration I made was to add a leather strap to top of the holster to hold gun in place, not that it really needed it.
I have been using an alien gear holster for last several years and like it but I might get one of these to try out too .
I have a VersaCarry OWB holster and have found it to be a nice holster. Thinking about replacing my kydex EDC IWB holster with a VersaCarry.
They don’t have a lot of gun models for these holsters. But I do have their holsters and like them.
my previous VersaCarry holsters (Arma & S1 & 2018 Commander) are all leather...same with the Armas recently ordered
I own one and its awesome
I have a VersaCarry IWB. Its either a Comfort or Compound and its a good idea and its not bad. It fits two pistols with good stand alone retention and I can reholster. My only complaint is it is bulky so I rarely use it. I prefer a Kusiak leather signature minimalist canted tuckable for IWB. Its a treated form shaped leather that is thin but does not collapse and I can reholster. Because its treated it is stiff enough not to collapse for reholstering with the thin leather but its not bulky. It is a pistol specific holster though formed and shaped for that pistol and no other, tight fitting and stand alone retention. I also have a Galco leather Stow N Go IWB that will fit two of my pistols and this is leather reinforced I can also reholster but its not stand alone retention. It is not bulky. Its friction retention so you have to have a tight waistband or belt. I have a Bulldog leather slide OWB holster in medium that is a friction belt holster and it fits all of my sub compact and micro compact pistols. I can reholster and with friction it retains. I prefer leather that is more comfortable and quieter than plastic polymer. Thanks for sharing.
Love my versa have 2 the one for my p07 isnt an exact fit around the trigger guard
I have a couple for my Dan Wesson Specialist
*sootch00* Those are nice holsters, thank-you sir for taking the time to show us. God Bless brother. (Kevin) !
Made in Bryan, Texas. Not bad.
I love my versa holster but it's only leather but barsony makes a great leather holsters as well.
Thanks Sootch! I might give them a call > it's HARD to find a holster to fit a Ruger Max-9 with Optic AND Laser.
I have a VersaCarry that's all leather, it sits in a drawer. The polymer insert would make this a "not in the drawer" holster. The leather holster carries well, it is more difficult to re-holster, the insert rectifies that.
Wish they had the claw attachment!
I really learn a lot from your video's and subscibed because of that.I keep looking for links to the products tested but there never there never are any,how come?
Would the custom model work with a SW M&P with a laser?
Unrelated question, what model watch are you wearing?
Thank you.
This the same versacarry that had a shop in Bryan TX where they put holsters together? They had that gimmick holster that was a peg that the barrel rested on?
Everyone says they have a box full..I'd be happy if I could afford one or 2 more just to check out.i have one kydex OWB and couple leather IWB one for each of my Xd s I carry.and those the one I use appendix carry.
Will the Comfort flex custom work with an Enigma?
G2C with a baldr mini light/laser combo. Any help would be appreciated!
how will your car seat look after a few months using sharp metal clips?
I've been looking at versacarry for a while, however my small collection is basically 1 of each size of their holsters. Beretta 92 (size 1), SW 380EZ (size 3), heritage rough rider (SA revolver), diamondback DB380 (micro pocket), and my yugo m57 tokarev (I'm thinking size 2, it's the only one I can't find on the size guide but close to a 1911 maybe)...I do already have kydex for the beretta and EZ though. And the prices you quoted were about 30 bucks shy of what they're showing up now
Do you think you’d be able to fit a gun with the light and the comfort flex deluxe at all?
Not compatible with lights?
Would like to see the ulti clip on the custom version
Sootch you rubbing the back of that holster with the backing sound like someone scraping their finger nails on the chalkboard in school had to kill the sound til you stopped but as usual you do an excellent job explaining everything thing and you include the accessories whereas most just gun reviews thanks
Is there a need for a claw to mitigate printing with these holsters?
Hello Brotha!!!! Hope all is well. Do you know by any chance if a F&N FNS-9 with a TLR1 HL will fit in any of these?
Do they offer these holsters for the p365xl ? I see on the website they have for p365 but I don’t see the class model
Would like to see them add a tuckanle clip.
Will the glock 43 comfort flex holster fit the glock 43x?
scratchin my head, they make the holsters to fit an optic but you cant have suppressor height front sights hmmm, great looking holster id still buy not a fan of red dots on a sub compact carry pistol anyway
They need tuckable versions!
Will they work with a WML?
Anyone have any suggestion for someone who has love handles and wants to carry IWB? 2 or 4 o’clock
Do they not make any left draw holsters?
Couldn’t find left hand draw on their website
Can they make a kydex with a weapon light and how much will it cost me?
They look great, however, I will not use a holster that does not cover the mag release. That is essential for any holster IMO, nothing like drawing and your mag is halfway out or completely gone
I have two of these and the mag release is covered .
@@erolkavlakverizon6112 would love to see it. What models do you have? Looking at there website, not one of them come close to covering the mag release
OK, LOVE the whole VersaCarry company.....they make EXCELLENT products and the quality of their products are beyond awesome.
I recently decided to downsize my EDC pistol to the new Taurus GX4(which I am VERY surprised with how well I like, coming from the Glock crowd) and so I bought the Comfort Flex Custom and the Comfort Flex Deluxe for the GX4. BOTH are very well made and I really WANTED the Comfort Flex Custom to become my EDC holster for the GX4.....alas, this is not to be.
THE REASON, and this is a deal breaker for me, is that the holster does not cover the magazine release button on the pistol and it is in such a place that while handling the holstered pistol for the first time I tried to put them, together in position in my pants....p0p goes the magazine.
NO. This cannot BE. 0_o p000p!!!
Any man who has carried knows that you have to....'adjust'... things throughout the day and if you reach in and grab the holster to re-position it and in doing so, you hit the mag release button with your thumb....that isnt gonna fly.
So I am going to try the Comfort Flex Deluxe as the distance between the edge of the holster and the mag release button is farther as well as at a different 'plane' if that makes any sense....so even though the mag release button isnt covered, the Comfort Flex Deluxe is sufficiently different such that it MAY be in my holster rotation with one from CYA Supply(covers the mag release button), once I get it broken in....but NOT the Comfort Flex Custom, sadly, no.
THIS REVIEW is for the Comfort Flex Custom made specifically for the Taurus GX4 ONLY, and others may experience different results than I do/did.
The Rancher Carry Belt is one of the best values on the planet for a carry belt!!!
💓
What’s your take on the leather only holsters they make? I hear that they are not as firm as a typical leather holster. I know these three would be, obviously, with the kydex inserts.
They're trash holsters. I have three of them and they make my worst pieces of gear list every year.

buenas tardes le pregunto con todo el respeto que usted merece si podria mostrar una de esas fundas para zurdos por favor y disculpe el inconveniente que yo le pueda causar con mi pregunta y que tenga buenas tardes
Scootch- good restraint on the foul humor. plenty of opportunities.
Belt clip got caught on the t-shirt be aware!
I wish they made these with a claw for better concealment.
I can't buy an inside the waistband holster that does'nt have adjustable cant and ride height. Dealbreaker.
These all look very nice. But... the vent cuts, may wear out over time, as they go in and out of your pants?! Only time & use will tell. The whole reason kydex holsters became so popular, was the fact they maintain retention. Versus leather holsters, that would stretch, and become loose, over time. These are made similarly to leather duty holsters. Those have a molded plastic internal frame, with a leather covering! So these appear to be the best of both worlds.
I can't wear behind the belt because I'm overweight and it's very uncomfortable my hosters have to be outside the belt...
I got one and was very disappointed with it just a leather glove and it would not break in with my weapon
I can't even choose a gun or secure ammo for it!
figures the only guy promoting Versa Carry garbage posted a pic of his “students” flagging each other🤦🏻♂️
they aren't left-handed
Like
👍😎🍺🍩.
just take an eye when you holster your gun
Seriously, do you buy your pants 2 sizes too big? That's the only way these would work. I like the brand, I have 2 of them but I'm not buying pants that are too big just to use a itwb holster.
Nothing is more comical than a micro pistol with a red dot 🔴
How is that comical? Just curious
Its a self defense tool not a idpa gun. Youll be doing well to just get it out of holster and get a round off in self defense situation
@@dallastimebandits you’d be doing well to take some training fren. I can draw my G43X with RMRCC under 1.2sec draw to first shot. I don’t do IDPA, but the only thing comical is how easily you can dismiss a micro 9 with a dot. As if the dot hinders you in anyway shape or form. Get some training
Thanks Grandpa

But almost no holsters for corrected pawed citizens (left handed!). No joy Boss, no joy…
They look pretty but I would never trust my life to one of these holsters. That clip looks janky AF and looks like it would let go when you try to draw causing the holster to come out with the gun.. Also, as the leather wears in, I would question how well it would retain the gun. You basically have both extremes of a bad holster.
And they don’t make any of these in left hand, NEXT!
I have three Versacarry holsters and they are absolute trash. I get that they're paying you to say good things, but damn dude. Not one single professional suggests these holsters.
I would not buy a thing from this company. I bought a holster paid for it and never received it. They will not give me my money back. Stay away from them.
Too bad they only make these for righties
This is fucken amazingg
