Literally a few days before I watched this video I started thinking of spiking as similar to throwing, and I suddenly have way more power. I was so worried about making contact and not "wiffing" that I wasn't really swinging my arm or using the rest of my body. This video could have saved me so much time and frustration. Keep up the good work!
Just watching a couple of your videos on attacking, because my coach told me i hit the ball while I'm falling down and that i need to be faster with my armswing to hit the ball at my highest point of the jump. Now I watched the slow-motion on your attack at 4:45-4:51 and noticed that you also hit the ball while falling down. Have you ever adressed this or have something on that issue? Love your content. thanks for putting it all out there!
