Kartoffen warn nie eleganter und ehrlicher, Brokkoli wurde liebevoll in eine neue Aromadimension gegart. Wer schon einmal blasphemisch versucht hat an dieser Kochkunst anzuschließen, weiß welch handwerkliches Geschick und Studium am Material hier über Jahrzehnte erlernt und begriffen wurde. Ich verneige mich dankbar und ehrfürchtig, ich gelobe mein Leben den Lehren dieses Meisters zu widmen. Sind die sieben worte schon voll?
