@rynairi great question. You can't add an attachment without using a third party add-in. I will have a look into this to see if there is a secure option

@HoneyRoseLopez it's through your Outlook windows version. So which ever email address is set up there. Someone commented recently that you need to make sure your log into Word with the same email address as your Outlook

Make sure that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account (look in the top right next to the minimize button) in your Word and Excel. I was logged into another account and i clicked on that and changed it to the correct account and then it sent the emails. Just a warning, it sent them twice/sent the ones i had tried yo send before once it connected correctly.

I did this and it worked perfect. I sent out a little over 100 emails. But I want to point out, make sure you’re signed into WORD with the same outlook email you want to use. While it worked, it went out of my personal inbox because my word was not signed in to my work email.
@CarlosGreenos I haven't tried it for a while but you could do it from your Outlook Contacts. However, from what I can remember, you couldn't insert fields into the body of the email like you can from word.

Viva Insights does this in the new Outlook. I've done it for up to 300 recipients. There is a limit but can't remember the number. Viva Insights will tell you if there are too many recipients to track.

Great question - It's not possible without redirecting the users to another page. I use Mailerlite, which is free up to 1,000 contacts.
