      sir i did everything in the video and no errors but nothing happened no emails sent and didn't even appear in the sent ithems

      Not sure. Some people have reported that you need to be using the same account in Outlook and Word. But this also depends what version of Microsoft Office you're using

      Ah, I just found out, it seems it's not possible to add cc/bcc, oh well.

    Hello - First of all, thank you very much for this message. this is very helpful.
    I want to ask, is there a way to have multiple recipients in one email because when I tried this, there is only one recipient per email.
    Also, I also need to copy another email, is there a way to also include CC field?
    Lastly, can we have an attachment when using this mailmerge?

      Thanks for the feedback and questions. You need 3rd Party add-in to do the things you've asked for. Sadly these are not available in Microsoft

    This was super helpful thank you. Within Outlook I have a number of Email Accounts. How do I specify which email account the mails shoud be sent from?

      Some have reported that you need to be logged into the same account in Word and Outlook.

      @rynairi great question. You can't add an attachment without using a third party add-in. I will have a look into this to see if there is a secure option

      Good questions. You will need a third party software to add the attachments and if you want to include a merge field in the subject line.

      Someone said you need to make sure you're logged in with the same email in Word and Outlook.

    Can you please share how to add an unsubscribe option for customers within the bulk e-mails? Also, would it be possible to do this without the customers having to be redirected to our website to unsubscribe? Is there a way they can just click unsubscribe and it automatically removes them from the mailing list?

      Great question - It's not possible without redirecting the users to another page. I use Mailerlite, which is free up to 1,000 contacts.

    I wonder which email will it come from? since we did not put email from? I tried this method but its not working. I dont see any sent email from my outlook.

      @HoneyRoseLopez it's through your Outlook windows version. So which ever email address is set up there. Someone commented recently that you need to make sure your log into Word with the same email address as your Outlook

    I did all the steps, the excel sheet has 2 recipients (as a test) but it doesn't work, why do u think that happened? i cant figure out the problem, can u help me plz?

      Thanks for the feedback. A couple of people have reported this. Not sure why it's not sending. What version of Excel and Outlook are you using?

      Make sure that you're logged into the correct Microsoft account (look in the top right next to the minimize button) in your Word and Excel. I was logged into another account and i clicked on that and changed it to the correct account and then it sent the emails.
      Just a warning, it sent them twice/sent the ones i had tried yo send before once it connected correctly.

      Great question. You can do this using a third party add-in or save the files to OneDrive, then add the links to files in your data source and then insert this as merge field.

    I did this and it worked perfect. I sent out a little over 100 emails.
    But I want to point out, make sure you’re signed into WORD with the same outlook email you want to use.
    While it worked, it went out of my personal inbox because my word was not signed in to my work email.

      @CarlosGreenos I haven't tried it for a while but you could do it from your Outlook Contacts. However, from what I can remember, you couldn't insert fields into the body of the email like you can from word.

      Viva Insights does this in the new Outlook. I've done it for up to 300 recipients. There is a limit but can't remember the number. Viva Insights will tell you if there are too many recipients to track.
