Have a lovely day crocheting everyone!
Olivia
By far, my favorite channel to help me learn new crochet stitching. It’s the most organized as well. Very clean, minimal, and easy to listen to/watch. Thank you
I love how close you get with the camera.. so we know exactly where to place our stitches.. thank you.
I'm a newbie to the crochet world but your tutorials are SO easy to watch. Thank you for explaining so well. You have such a calming voice too! Thank you again, and I look forward to more!!
Joan McDonald I'm new too, I'm teaching myself from these tutorials. Isn't she great.
You two just made my day, thank you for being so lovely and sweet! :)
I really love her cobble stone stitch video too, the stitch is beautiful and she teaches so well
That's the suzette stitch! It's nice for blankets and bags. Love this stitch.
The Suzette Stitch is pretty similar to the Modified Sedge Stitch, except you crochet only 1 sc in the last ch etc. Check out my tutorial for the Suzette Stitch here :) - www.hopefulhoney.com/2016/10/how-to-crochet-suzette-stitch-easy.html
@@HopefulHoney Yes, Honey is right..I am making a blanket right now with Suzette stitch. Differences: you end with one sc in last stitch; you start next row with sc & dc in very 1st stitch..you do not skip very 1st stitch. Other than that, yes, it's the same as far as sc & dc in same stitch. 🌼💛
Thank you Hopeful Honey it's such a pretty stitch.
Thank you for another easy to fallow tutorial .
I have loved this stitch for some time; when crocheted in 100% cotton, it makes a soft fabric for baby items without having "holes" for little fingers to get stuck in! Might you have a dishcloth or washcloth pattern for this stitch? I had one that I used for YEARS, having made many soft baby washclothes as gifts from the pattern. I went to look for it (I had it pinned on Pinterest), and the link no longer works, and the pattern has literally disappeared (I've done a LOT of searching for it over the past 2 days, too). I guess as many times as I've used it, I should have a hard copy, or at least have had it memorized.... sadly, I don't. I at least have finished ones in my yarn stash, so I've been sort of pulling it apart to recreate it. If you have anything that might be similar, I would very much appreciate it if you could point me in its direction! Thank you for a great video!
Thanks ever so for this because I was looking for a nice dense pattern for a very very warm blanket .This will do the job nicely ;-)

Nice stitch.
Beautiful!!!
I love your videos, so easy to follow. To do this stitch in the round would I need todo anything different?
*Very beautiful*
Hi I have a question, I want to make a jumper with the same yarn and stitch. For a size small how many skeins of yarn would I need? I’m new to this. Thanks
I’m confused. You point to one stitch to go in when you turn, but actually go into another. Could you please clarify where to go on the second stitch.
I love u r videos
I love your hook in this video! Do you mind me asking where you got it?
Hello there! :) I got these from an Australian Etsy Shop; www.etsy.com/au/shop/MernooHooks
HopefulHoney Thank you 😊

Pretty Stitch.
HopefulHoney, is this the same as the Suzette stitch?
May i ask .. how is this stitch different from your other tutorial "Crochet The Suzette Stitch | Easy Tutorial by Hopeful Honey"? I love the way you teach simple and easy to follow . I just want to ask if i am missing something.. are they the same just a different name?
in suzette stitch last at is only single stitch. in this stitch laat stitch is sc&dc(US term)
Very nice!
It appeared to be that you said on the second row to skip the first stitch, then put your first two stitches in the first stitch. Did I see that right? Which one do you do?
Exactly. She said skip first stitch but she put the stitches in the first stitch
How much yarn would I need for an adult sized blanket?
What’s the difference between a Modified Sedge stitch and the Suzette stitch?
Is this also called a Suzette stitch? 🤔
Although this is a very simple pattern, for some odd reason, I am having trouble with this. There a big holes at the bottom of the stitches and it is curving .
Hmmm, not sure why that would be happening, maybe try using the written version along with the video? That might help clear up any confusion ☺️
HopefulHoney I got it going now. Thank you for your speedy response.
This is called Suzette stitch.
vous avez une drole de façon de faire en jeté , ça c est au tricotage "aiguilles" ; au crochet , c est la main droite qui le fait avec le crochet
I guess you could call it a modified side stitch but this is actually the Suzette Stitch
What is with the music. It is so distracting. Can't watch your tutorial.
That's funny...shows how ppl are so different bc I literally didn't even notice the music. 🤭 xx
