Lovely pages, I always love seeing & hearing about the specific story moments that speak to you. On that Lemire page I was immediately drawn to the perspective on that vertical panel. As for Netho Diaz, his pencils are fantastic! I’ve seen some of his recent X-Men related work and it’s stunning! A profile on the rise I’d say, and rightfully so! But wow do I love the Man’s Best page you picked up. That circular motion to denote the tension swirling between them is striking! Also, that scene playing out across the bottom of the page? Just pitch perfect! Congrats again on the new pieces and I very much appreciate the shout out. Glad to hear you’re enjoying the videos, I’ve been having so much fun just yammering away!
I spent WAY too long going through Jesse's available pieces on the Artist Bullpen after you alerted me to that. Even after I placed the order I wasn't completely sure I picked correctly ... until I saw it in person. That was everything I want in a page, even if it didn't have the classic Lonergan circles, just the tension circles
Neto Diaz and his wife did a few pinups for me 3 years ago. I even got his wife to commission some colors on another pinup I did recently. Awesome couple.
@@resistancepublishing I love hearing that. I've got a few of Netho's pages from Punisher, Vanish, and now this and really love his style. Awesome to hear that both he and his wife are cool people
Really nice pages! Especially love the Lonergan -- I was thinking of picking one up as well just on the basis of the art alone. I've oddly fallen into the habit of buying pieces without having any connection to the story or any prior emotional or nostalgic tie to them. But Man's Best sounds really fun. Thanks also for reminding me about Comiconart -- I'll have to try them out one of these days. I met one of the Artists Bullpen people in person the other month. They seem really cool and committed to their artists.
Thanks for checking this out! Everything I've heard about Artist Bullpen has been really positive, which you absolutely want to hear coming out of the fiasco of the last days of Cadence. And if you're looking for some Lonergan from a story you may not have a connection to, Sam from Artist Bullpen says that he's in the process of scanning in the Arca pages and should be putting them up soon
Good thing no one looks at the comments on my art unboxing videos or this would be a bad look ... for you. Especially since you do an awful lot of losing ...

See I’m happy you edited this… but that’s more time I could have been paddling you all night till my arm got sore

@@LiteratureInPictures These pages are so hot, my camera's got to wear shades. And also flood lights
