The place looks good, but Bangkok trumps BGC and Makati especially on prices for accommodations and food. For some reason, Thailand is way cheaper than Philippines as a tourist.

Weirdly sterile and empty in comparison to Makati and other places.

PH is not the land of opportunity for foreigners to invest or settle Foreigners can't own lands & full business ownership in PH (the 60/40 Filipino first policy) Foreigners can obtain PH citizenship if born & raised in PH like the prominent Spanish Ayala family which is not the case of most foreigners

zobel de ayala is neither a spanish family they're so mix german/spanish/native filipino (they're related to the roxas) - so label them as filipino, filipino mestizo to be exact rather than foreigners the obtain PH citizenship that's two differrent things. learn our history especially what makes a filipino, filipino. shame

@@ajmosqueda6698 Some of their siblings may have married Filipinos however the Ayala family are originally white Spanish caucasians & they look like it I know you Filipinos in general envy the white caucasian race too bad God didn't make you Filipinos white & blonde sorry na lang

There’s also a lot of “lagay” in the Philippines meaning you have to pay a percentage to the politicians and government officials if you were to established a business or win large projects. For example, my uncle had to provide a 20% fee cut to Cebu’s governor worth 60M pesos. Then all the other officials below her also wanted their own cut. He just gave up on the project because it wasn’t worth the profit and the headache.
