I love don't run on my parade and I can't wait to see Paris dry sand's work on her face when she sees her perform that song I mean in the show she's always wanted to be like Barbra Streisand she started posting as Barbara and I thought it was amazing how she actually and the funny girl as purpose dry sand as Fanny Bryce And I have to say she cannot really give it all she's got and she's gonna go off she's got out there on that stage and I cannot wait to see her reaction

The overacting. I once read somewhere that Lea Michele IS Rachel, meaning their personalities match. I'm convinced after seing this. It's like she's screaming "love me, goddamit! I hate myself, at least you love me! Worship me! What I tryhard.

She needs to overact to project her whole performance so that every audience member can see and hear. Acting for a live audience is very different to acting for camera
It’s not “overrating” lmao. It’s projecting your acting, which is is especially what you’ll find in theater. When you’re acting for a movie/television, the camera is right there. Whereas you’re acting for a whole stadium/theater of people, obviously you’re going to have to step things up.
overacting is actually necessary and ENCOURAGED in musical theater (which is the genre of song she’s performing). it has nothing to do with her personality. she may be a dick irl, but she’s doing everything she needs to be doing to be a good performer, especially with live theater.
